"This place was perfect for our family stay. Very roomy. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. Amazing double deck off the back of the house. Almost a 6 star property. Just a few notes for the owners... 1. A spice selection and some cooking oils on hand would be a nice added touch 2. The dishwasher is not secured to the cabinetry on the right side. 3. A few more towels could be available for large groups staying at the property. 4. Some of the televisions (Main floor and pool table room) woudnt...

"Neat and clean and so silent in the area"

"The house was nice but a couple of areas were in disrepair and also amenities not as advertised. The tub in the master did not work, the double sink, only one sink worked, broken door on master bathroom. There was no grill and no gas for the fire pit, Garbage disposal did not work which caused the sink to flood and back up. The projector and Xbox was not available. Contacted vrbo owner and he said it was stolen. Queen bedroom upstairs was on a metal frame with no slats and the bed fell through....

"This home in Broken Arrow was clean, generally well-kept, and the host was very responsive. Broken Arrow is convenient to Tulsa’s south side and downtown and the Rose District in downtown Broken Arrow has a multitude of dining options."

The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt safe and comfortable. Steve was super welcoming and accommodating. he is close by if you have any needs whatsoever. We would highly recommend this place."

We choose a location to stay and enjoy the Christmas lights, a trip to the Castle Muskogee, games, and a nonalcoholic toast (children and grandchildren are our focus) to love of family and our blessings. "We had a lovely stay in this home. There was plenty of space indoors and out for all of us to enjoy being together and also to be alone for peace and quiet as needed. The large kitchen and dining room were a great place to gather. We appreciated the Welcome Basket, too! If we are back in the area, we would definitely book this property again. "I wish I could lie and say it sucked so no one else would rent it but me. It is an awesome unit. Super new and clean. LOVED It. It is in Sapulpa which is easy to get to and if you want to stay in a house that existed in the 50's on Old Route 66, this is it. It's close to 66 and easy to get to Tulsa in both directions. And easy access to 44 to get to OKC. Plus there is a Braums close by. That was the clincher for me! VERY IMPORTANT! :)"
