About this space
This attached studio apartment is filled with the charm you'd expect of a perfect hideaway less than 2 miles from downtown Hattiesburg AND less than 2 miles from midtown. This functional, spacious studio apartment is complete with a large, comfortable bed along with a sleeper couch & bunkbeds! Our kitchenette provides for all your cooking needs & essentials. You can even relax while enjoying our large backyard, grill, & fire pit during your stay! *See below for more important info!

The space
The space is decorated with your comfort in mind! Whether you are here for just a couple of nights or an extended stay, rest assured you will be very comfortable and accommodated in this simple, functional space. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a small portable cooktop. We provide snacks, a few bottles of water, and coffee (creamer, sugar, etc.) upon arrival! As seen in the pictures, the bathroom is small but with a great size vanity and shower (no bathtub).

*THIS UNIT IS ATTACHED TO THE MAIN HOUSE THAT ALSO SERVES AS A SEPARATE AIRBNB. The washing machine and dryer are located on the back porch and is shared with the main house. The backyard area and fire pit is also shared common space between this unit and the main house Airbnb. Don't let an attached unit and some shared common space discourage you from booking this spot! Your interior space is completely private, and I'm happy to let you know if the main house will be booked on the dates you're staying.

*BE AWARE THAT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL BACK UNIT AT THIS PROPERTY THAT ALSO SERVES AS ANOTHER AIRBNB.
*There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside any of our properties. Please smoke outside only.
*We have a strict NO events/parties/gatherings policy.
*While we are pet friendly, we do ask that you please bring a crate/kennel to keep your pet in when you are not at the property and please clean up any messes your pet makes inside and outside the property.
*Please state the accurate number of guests that will be making use of the property during the booking process.

Outdated and not convenient for anyone with mobility issues
My husband, son & I booked this to stay while visiting our daughter. While it was relatively clean, the property was run down & needed updating. This property came up on our search for properties in West Hattiesburg and this was on the opposite side of town and not in the best area. If the exact address had been provided in the description we would not have booked this. I have mobility challenges and the bathroom was very tight and required me to step up into it. The water took forever to get hot. So much so that we had to shower at our daughter’s apartment. We also had to park in the lawn, which was not ideal.

Great home - all the amenities you could ask for. Management so friendly and replied to every call almost immediately. Also great walking neighborhood.
