Karysma was efficient, friendly, and very busy. She took care of us promptly even though she had many things going on. She is a great multi-tasker with a wonderful attitude.

The fitness facility was nothing like the pictures show. All the dumbbells were gone leaving an empty rack. The multi-station machine was old and worn out. The only good thing in the entire fitness room was the treadmilll. If you like to workout, do not stay here.

This hotel was perfect for my stay in Hattiesburg. It is a great location, being within a short driving range from shopping, dining, and the USM campus. I found the rooms to be spacious and the staff to be courteous. I would definitely book this hotel again if I were to stay in Hattiesburg in the future.

Stayed overnight at this property as we were passing thru. Arrived late. The front desk staff was very friendly both at check in and check out. Property and our room was very clean and well maintained. We did not use the pool or other amenities. They had an employee keeping the breakfast area clean dueinf breakfasr service.

The location was easy enough to get to and the appearance was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. My first night there was not enjoyable. I was awaken at 1am by scratching myself awake. To finding bites on my body being done by a bed bug. I killed the one I found and went to the front desk with the dead bug. The staff was very sorry and changed my room. No more bites for the rest of my stay. And was told they quarantine the room and had the exterminator take care of it. And also all the rooms that were not occupied at the time. And that also concerns me. I know they have to do something to stop the spreading but if they do this all the time how toxic are these rooms. They did comp me my first night. I am still itching and brought product while there. But read it can take one to two weeks to clear up.

Very friendly front desk clerk. Quiet, safe, and easy to find and super large, comfy room and very comfortable bed! Love that after a long drive! Very pleased with my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The door to the room was extremely hard to close. From the inside you could lock it but from the outside, if you push on the door, it would pop open. They said they would fix it.

Definitely not as clean as should be and my reason is because the shower was half being redone there was something spilled under the sink that had dried which tells me its nit being mopped properly. The bedspread had a hopefully stain and not from previous guests ugh...i have pictures

When I got into my first thing I did was I went into the bathroom some had bowel movement in the toilet. Very disgusting. Not sure if I will book at that La Quinta again.

We had to change from our first room due to not being cleaned. Bathroom trash full of feminine products. Second room seemed ok but when we walked in the heat was on so it took quite a while to cool the room down. Then there was a huge wet spot on the carpet. Found out from desk clerk that dogs had been in the room the previous night. She told me they shampooed the carpet but must have missed a spot. We were so tired when we checked in that we didnt even notice that there wasn't a shower curtain in the bathroom. Other than the beds and floor there was nowhere to put our suitcase.

La quinta, the property, and the service is fine. My problem is with Expedia. I received a confirmation from Expedia that did not show up in La Quinta’s system. Now I Get to waste time checking to see if I have paid both Expedia and the hotel.
