Checked in around 5pm and when going to our room it was still being cleaned so we left to go eat while we waited. When we got back and finally were able to go into the room the bathroom was still dirty and the shower curtain was so dirty. Also as we were about to go to bed apparently they gave the same room number to a different guest so that was a surprise for sure. Also sheets had stains. Staff was nice during check in process, room is a bit dated which isn’t the worst thing. Unfortunately the uncleanliness just really stood out.

The staff very friendly. There was no food when booking said, "breakfast included", when we asked about it we were told coffee was available but no times given and door was locked to coffee at 6:30am.

They charged me 100 dollars after i canceled the reservation with them. Even if i had to pay for one night they charged for the second night that was canceled in time. Talking about both nights was one booking and their cancelation policy says they can charge me 100 dollars. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE. THE PLACE IS FULL OF LOWDOWN BUSINESS PEOPL. Took my money.

Got there on Sunday . Was missing a mini fridge Told them they change me to another room the other room was better but when you took a shower it the water took for ever to go . Called them to the office and they fixed the problem . It’s an okay hotel . And they will fix any problems you have .
This is the worst place I have ever stayed.
1.my room showed 1price but had to pay more
2.my room had no trash can there was blood on the sheets and the air/heater u had to plug it up and unplug it because it was messed up and there is no cable here there is only 3 channels on the TV and bathroom wasn't clean plus there was some roaches up in here. On Google the pictures of this place looks nice but it ain't I only stayed 3 hours that's all I could take I wish I could get my money back

Nothing but a place to lay your head. Extremely run down, exposed wires and hardware exposed. No breakfast as indicated in booking! Not a place also if you have cat allergies, they are all over.

211 room door wouldn’t lock , maintanced promised to fix it and then didn’t even after I asked again.. TWO tvs in the room and neither worked. Freezer in the mini fridge turned the kids ice cream into milk ,

Let’s start with the room roaches dirty room no lights and oh let’s not forget double checked in another guest into my room which walked in as soon I got out the shower and when I confronted the issue they had the nerve to catch an attitude and say it’s a mistake and if you don’t like it don’t come back that’s was so uncomfortable and disrespectful I am not don’t with this issue

Well it wasn't that good I had asked for a king room and everything got done but we stayed here before and wasn't that bad but the floors was dirty I had dirt and hair on the bed my tv didn't work and she wouldn't bring a cord or anything for it I had no clean towels or rags and it stunk really bad..
Cable dosnt work. Staffs family lives on property. Door will not shut properly

The first room they put us in, the electrical cord for the wall mounted tv wouldn't reach the outlet and the remote only had one battery. The elongated toilet had a round toilet seat and it smelled like dead cat every time we opened the door. They moved us to another room and the only nice thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. Never ever staying there. I'll sleep in my car first. Breakfast was a total joke.

The place was a dump. There was trash everywhere. It was nasty. The staff was rude. I would give it a negative 5 stars. Worst place I have ever stayed.

There was fleas ALL OVER THE BED, AC was barely in the wall and it was hot, fridge didnt work. They swapped us to another room and it also had fleas, blood stains on the sheets, AC barely in the wall, gap around the door. We asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else and they said no. We left.

The property is currently being renovated and those rooms are fairly nice but not always completely remodeled when rented out. There were issues checking in and out. Overall, if you want a comfortable bed in a clean room with absolutely no frills, this place will work for you.

First it was a long trip there and i was tired and exhausted thinking I'm about to taking a nice shower and relax under the A/C. The staff barely understood English, my room did not have a working A/C and the temperature was 100 degree. So they moved my room on the 1st floor. There was alot of stray cats everywhere outside of my room, no working tv, no internet, flies and bugs everywhere in my room and the smell was horrendous. There was a basketball size hole in the bathroom ceiling, no clean towels some of the staffs were drug users off the streets begging me for money. People was knocking on my door at 2am while i was trying to sleep. I would NEVER stay there again. Also my roomkey never worked i had to constantly go to the office to have them activate my room key. Remind you it was extremely hot to be walking out there. Please do not waste your MONEY at that place. I am very disgusted
