Check in was at 4pm. I got there at 9pm and my room still was not ready. They told me to come back in 30 minutes and my room should be ready. Unbelievable and horrible service. Hotel was very nice, but staff was not.

Pillows on the couch were stained and disgusting. We threw them in the corner so no one would touch them. The toilet refilled very slowly. If someone went to the bathroom (#1), the next person would have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to flush again. Not great when we've been on the road for hours and everyone needed to go. Especially when we had to wait on a room bc it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived at around 4:30pm. Pictures online do not accurately show the rooms. Rooms are incredibly small. If we would have needed to be there more than 1 night, we would have checked out and left. However, the service at the front desk was amazing. A bright star in an otherwise dismal stay. If you need a room and you're by yourself, it may not be terrible (just don't touch the pillows on the couch!). If it's 2 or more people, I wouldn't recommend.

A DUMP! Don't stay here! Major disappointment!
This was easily the WORST hotel/suite I've stayed at in a long time, and I've stayed at several TownePlace Suites in various locations across country because of their usual good quality. Not this one! The condition of the hotel is AWFUL, and is in bad need of maintenance and repairs, including damage to walls throughout the hotel, elevators, room doors, etc. Upon check-in/room assignment, I was in need of a luggage cart as I had a large amount of luggage. There were none available (out of 2), and the clerk had no idea where they were or how long they had been goen, so I asked for a ground floor room (none available). After lugging my stuff in multiple trips upstairs which took forever (1 elevator broken), I settled in and realized that the heater was not working; also noticed that the door bolt didn't work. I notified clerk and was reassigned a room two doors down. Heater worked but dead bolt didn't work there either! I settled in, after moving luggage; then started hearing loud commotion from out in hall. Went out to hall and heard banging/scratching and animal whimpering next door! IT went on for over a half hour, and I called clerk who said she was trying to track down the guest but wasn't having any luck. Noise eventually stopped but the next morning I noticed that there was all kinds of debris at the foot of the door. The dog really tore it up! This place had high reviews on hotels.com but I have no idea why! Don't stay here!!!

First Time Visiting and It was Awesome. The lobby area was clean and smelled great. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The only disadvantage, during the shower…the tub kept filling up..the water was draining slow. But overall, my stay was awesome and I will be back!

Stay away from this one
Room was filthy, found old socks and food on the floor. Toilet paper was like sandpaper, bath tub didn’t drain so showered in ankle deep water, kitchen sink was full of old smelly food and disposal didn’t help get rid of it. Staff was nice that’s about all. This hotel is not worthy of having the Marriott name.

Excellent place to stay.
This is an extremely nice hotel. Great rooms, breakfast, staff was nice. One worker was even nice enough to ask us if everything worked in our rooms.

When we first walked into our room it smelled nice and was clean. My husband noticed a cabinet without a knob which left some sharp metal exposed and the GM came and saw it and was kind enough to give us another room. The second room is where we had issues and we wish we could of had our old room back. It wasn’t as clean..there were makeup stains on the pillow cases (which showed us they wernt changed), when I went to the bathroom I noticed a small black hair on the toilet lid, and the floor was dirty. There was also a yellow stain on the carpet floor. We had our 1 year old twins with us and it just honestly felt gross. I wish they would of made sure the room was cleaned before we were switched. It was supposed to be a nice stay away from home and we were disappointed. The staff were nice and friendly though.

Positives: The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold choices. My room was spacious and comfortable. Opportunities: One of the drawers in my room would not stay closed and was slightly askew. The carpeted floors in the hotel as a whole seemed in need of vacuuming.
