What was great about the property was the helpful staff. What i didn't like was that there weren't many public bathrooms as they were under construction.

Don’t go there, a lot of cockroaches everywhere including in the bread basket for breakfast the rooms aren’t clean they don’t have good service overall terrible

Second Time at the Hotel
Trip back to Havana was a short one. The hotel is my second time there. Excellent location. Service is good. Clean. Friendly staff. Hotel has seen better days.

Old but good enough
Check in and check out was fast. Hotel is a bit dated. Location is great. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great attempt by staff to understand my terrible Spanish. If I am back in Havana, I will most likely return again to this hotel.

The check in process is super long it took them over a hour to check me in with only one person infront of me. Staff is not helpful, it takes a while for people to warmup to guest and be helpful

the hotel is in a good location area however the rooms are not in good condition and the staff is not friendly plus is a smoking free hotel so for pplanti-smoke like me that was a terrible experience.

El lobby del hotel es bonito. Los empleados de recepcion son horribles. La muchacha que trabaja por el dia..blanquita ella... se la pasa en el celular y cuanod le vas a a hablar pone cara seria ..como que no quiere trabajar. Ademas, cuando fui a banarme el 2 de Julio como a las 2 PM..no habia agua. La comida es terrrble, se enfria y no hay microondas

El servicio bueno,lo que si está pésimo es el parqueo para los carros además el cobro es constantemente por parte de los parqueadores ellos reciben un salario no entiendo porque tengo que pagar todos los días por el cuidado del carro..

ホテルは新市街で革命広場から歩いて20分くらいでした。　近くにはCUCでなくてペソ払いのできるレストランが2件ほどありスペイン語ができる私としては満足です。　旧市街行きのバス停も10分くらい歩いて大通りに出れば（運輸省の前）ありこの価格を考えれば大満足です。ホテルは若干古いですが朝食もバイキングスタイルでキューバにしては満足できるものでした。　ただ水シャワーしか出ないのが残念でした。

La relación calidad precio es casi buena, al hotel le falta limpieza en áreas públicas y un poquito en las habitaciones. Sin embargo, es cómodo y para una estancia corta está bien.
