Second time guest. Best place in Havana. Mirexis, Diana, and Andy are most awesome hosts. Clean house, clean rooms, backyard paradise. They arrange taxi, restaurants, etc. Excellent bar / restaurant just around the corner. Hated to leave.

Beautiful home. Mirexis, Reybill, Raul, and Claudia are amazing hosts. House is super quiet. Backyard is paradise with the pool and seating. A must-do experience if renting in Havana

First, there are no TV's in any room. There is no entertainment, they charge you for every bottle of water, egg, anything. They give you 1 little thin jail blanket and they make you feel like you are in jail. They lock the doors, even to the pool area after 10pm until they get up the next morning. They rush you to come back to the hotel in the evening so they can lock up. There was nothing to do there, not even any music. There were no suggestion where to go for any night entertainment and it is far from any type of restaurants or food. They had no lunch nor dinner. I became sick because of the dust mites and the AC and left 2 days early. I had to go to the hospital soon as I got back. They would not refund the 2 nights I did not stay. I would not recommend this place unless you want to go somewhere to read all vacation. And, every night bats would fly around the pool. Also make sure you bring bug spray because the mosquitos or something will eat you up. I would never stay there again nor would i recommend this place to anyone.

It is very sad to read this review, after one of our concierges did everything possible to find her passport you lost in one of the restaurants you go, which in the worst case scenario would not have left two days earlier, would not even have been able to leave the country. On the other hand, our cancellation policy is very clear, it is a shame that you did not read it before booking. As indicated on our site, breakfasts and extra drinks are not included in the price you paid, you did not request any lunch or dinner previously. ACs receive maintenance periodically. Our establishment is located in a quiet, private and relaxing area, "IT IS NOT A NIGHT CLUB", we have nearby restaurants and taxis to all destinations in the city.Luckily for us, this ill-intentioned review will not overshadow the effort and dedication of our team and this is confirmed by our clients.

The entire place was spectacular and super clean. The best part was the customer service, especially from Luis and Elsa. The place gets 10 stars but they deserve 20 stars, especially Luis! I will be a repeat customer for many years to come!

Lovely restored building, wonderful staff, clean room, good restaurant with views around the corner. Will definitely stay there again. Not that close to old havana or malecon, but very pleasant with amazing breakfast for a reasonable price.

The stay at Ivan chef property was amazing, all the staff were very attentive, informative and very helpful. The room was spacious , the bed super comfortable, the AC in the room works perfectly, there was always hot water. Totally recommend to eat at his both restaurants the food was exquisite from the lobster, steaks, ceviche and the drinks wow some taste mojitos and the sangria it’s to die for . Absolutely recommend this place, can’t wait to back , for my 1st time visiting was the best experience.

We couldn’t have been more welcome to this beautiful property. Amazing breakfast, caring and help staff 24/7. Beautiful rooms, and outdoor area with pool. Two first class restaurants owned by Host in Old Havana we’re magnificent. Thank you so much ❤️

The accommodations were wonderful. Our room was large and the bed was really comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the place was sparkling clean. Ray was so helpful in answering our questions. Elsa and Denis were sooo friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and we really loved that for sleeping. I can’t say enough great things about Chef Ivan Casa. I would stay there again. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Un lugar muy bonito. La habitación estaba muy bien en comodidad, limpieza y ambientación. El patio y la piscina son muy cómodos y se puede pasar metido en el agua o leyendo en los sillones. Comer tanto dentro de la casa o en patio es muy agradable. Muy especialmente recomiendo los desayunos. El personal, tanto de la gerencia como de atención diaria, son muy cracks, amables, brindan soluciones a las consultas de los clientes y el trato es respetuoso, cordial, afectivo. La casa es muy bonita, los espacios internos son amplios y cómodos. El patio, la piscina y el frente, en cualquiera de ellos se puede descansar, conversar, comer. Vayan si tienen oportunidad.
