Simple room...but can be much better
Had changed room that was next to noisy AHU prior to check in. However, the given room was just marginally less or equally noisy. For 2 nights... we simply bear with the noise instead of changing. Breakfast was not great. Seaweed dish had white mold on it... it was not cleaned well. Shower room door had a gap. Alignment was off. After shower, outside was very wet.

Room was assigned to the first floor; thus, it was noisy. Room condition was little old but cleanly managed. Bed was comfort enough for the price, and the service was good enough as well.

Riverside hotel without river by its side
The room is very small and so do the washroom. Even the elevator is so small that it can barely hold 4 persons each with one piece of luggage. The height of some of the stairs between steps are not uniform and can cause falls and trips especially for elderly persons. It is close to the old city but far away from Main Street in Kenting. In terms of it relatively inaccessible location from the main tourist attractions and its overall quality. it seems over priced. There is a stale odour when we initially went in and had to be cleared by air refresher machine. The front desk staff were ok but obviously not as professional as other hotels.

Good the price! Clean and comfortable.
We got a double room for two pax. Room was rather small but good enough for us. Only has sufficient space in the room for 1 open luggage though. Breakfast is basic. However it is located at B1 which is not accessible by the lift. Not friendly for guests with mobility issues. However, the staff did suggest that the meal be brought up to the reception lounge.

The hotel is small but neat. The service is fine. One big plus is the cheap self-helping laundry machines and free detergent powder offered. Location is good too, good restaurants nearby, close to town and good bus transportation (the buses within HengChun aren't very frequent, neither do they run late, though). The room we booked is not roomy for 3 adults (especially when one or two of us snores heavily), but at least we got what we ordered. So I will rather recommend the hotel to family travelers.

Rooms need general maintenance.
Room had an strong smell to humidity, like if it has been closed for years. Have to keep the window wide opened all night to get the room vented and clean air. The bathroom door make a sound, kind of an old scary castle door, whenever you opened.

Overnight stay for Kenting
Found this place online. Very modern and comfortable facilities, attentive staff, nice breakfast included. We were traveling with 2 adults 3 kids had deluxe double room with two double beds for NT1700 added bedding, toiletries and breakfast for 5th person for 300. Overall very happy with value and experience.

Very nice hotel but a bit far from the main road.
I have a very good experience with this hotel. The staffs are all extremely helpful and friendly. Although it is a bit far from the main road, I would still recommend this hotel to others. Their breakfast is very good.

Hotel is okay for the price. Breakfast was good. The location eliminates any advantage of this hotel. There is no public transport anywhere near the hotel and you can expect to pay absurdly inflated rates for booked cars.

Very nice place!
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable! The staff was really helpful (little English) but they helped as much as they could. Location is 5 min from the beach. They recommended taking the bus there, but I'd say to rent a scooter while you're there.. Only 15 USD/Day. That really made our trip! I'd stay here again for the reasonably priced and very clean rooms! Great place!

Stayed for two nights. Kenting Main Street was 20-30 mins bus ride but We booked a local tour with the hotel front desk which was a good idea if you want to see all the scenic sight of kenting. The room was modern and new. Friendly staff. Overall pretty satisfied.

Great hotel with good value
If you want to save money, I suggest to live in Hengchun township rather than in Kenting. It only takes about 10 minutes drive to Kenting. If you want to visit the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium, you can buy the tickets from the service desk.
