We enjoyed the area and the staff were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and we can't complain about the maid service.

“Hampton has GREAT customer service”

The staff was wonderful. Their was a water leak that happened to be in our bathroom in the middle of the night. But the staff and day manager tried to take care the best they could. TOTAL customer service. A+++ which is very hard to find these days. We will definitley come back to Hampton:)

“Very nice place to stay for business.”

It was clean and located ideally for my travel to Hilton Head and Charleston. The breakfasts were better than what I've experienced in other hotels.

“Recent stay”

Got in at 12:30 at night, the attending front desk clerk was nice, but had little clue how to do his job. Took him forever to check me in. Very limited selection in the "grocery' area, sold out of most things including chips etc. Room was unfortunately right next to the elevator, so that is all you could hear every time someone went up or down. Air conditioning was on full blast in the room...and it was 45 degrees outside! Very noisy unit for heat and air that was in the room. Breakfast in the morning had a large turnout (since it was free). Was difficult for 1 hostess to keep up with clearing / wiping tables, and restocking food and beverages.
