Great Location and quiet
We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely treehouse. The positives include 1) fantastic views 2) Walking distance to Harbor Town yet extremely quiet and peaceful. 3) Good response from management to resolve problems 4) The beds are comfortable. 5) There were ample supplies provided. Negatives include 1) Uncomfortable furniture in living room that also looked dirty 2) The TV's in the bedrooms were difficult to use 3) The place is small and not a great value for the price.

With all other reviews being 5 Star, I must admit I was surprised by this 4 Star Review. Smart TV's are easy to use and there is ample space for 8 people so for a couple, I am surprised at the comment on being small. Glad you enjoyed HHI!

Loved it!
We had a wonderful time at this property, beginning with being greeted by a welcoming party of friendly and tame deer at our rental. We fed them raw carrots and enjoyed them tremendously. Our rental made us feel like we were up in the trees, and it offered all we needed. We have told others about it and would love to stay here again.

Great stay in wonderful, convenient HHI location
The property was even better than the posting. We had an issue with the property but the management team took care of it right away. Super convenient location to all of Sea Pines.

Lowcountry paradise
Best of both worlds. Short walk to restaurants and Harbortown amenities, but surrounded by beautiful marshland. Very peaceful and quiet even with neighbors nearby. Herd of deer make daily stops for carrots, apples, and strawberries. We had visits from three does with their fawns. Porch and living area have amazing bay views where you can spot dolphins and amazing sunsets. Hosts provided some beach equipment and beach towels. Very nice and clean rental.

Unique Home with a View
A truly unique home that is gorgeous inside and has an amazing view. We will definitely look at renting this amazing home again. Great location and close to many things on Hilton Head Island.

Quick Golf Getaway
Great location near Harbour Town village. Clean property, everything was as described. No shower gel was provided so we had to make a late night run and everything on the island closes early. Just bring all essentials with you. Easy drive to the golf courses and the third bedroom being completely separate did not bother us, but would be interesting for families. One morning it was raining hard so you had to run outside and upstairs in the rain to get a shower in the morning. All in all it worked out well for us!

Our experience here was breathtaking. It is officially our slice of paradise. It was romantic and the perfect size and coziness for the two of us to enjoy comfortably. The location was ideal- couldn't have been better. Being within Harbor town and sea pines was perfect, but even more so, to be on our own little quiet 'private island' . The view from our treehouse of the water was framed perfectly with palm trees and wildlife. We stared out into it for houslrs each day. Thank you for this opportunity to have such a memorable space to experience a time we will never forget. We hope to visit again soon!

Love the sea lofts.
Advertisement of view of water is a little deceiving - there are two sea lofts that block complete view of the water. No working screens on any door wall. Check-out instructions a little confusing. Would recommend having HEVAC operating instructions in reference book. Overall, one of the nicest sea lofts on deer island.

The view is amazing from this sealoft with an unobstructed view from living room/kitchen. HVAC is simple to operate and if you can read, you can easily follow the simple check out instructions. Screens are retractable, but there. Not sure why this rental merited a 4 Star Rating, as it is a stunning sealoft and location! Meredith Allain, Property Manager/BIC

Everything was just as we needed for a guys golf trip to Hilton Head. Was in a prime location to get to Harbour Town and the other courses in Sea Pines. Perfect views of the water, would love to come back in summer to sit outside and enjoy the weather. We’re already looking at coming back next year!

Perfect secluded location and in walking distance of Harbour Town!
This was the perfect home for our needs! We fit very comfortably as a family of 6 on this trip. My in-laws were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and soak in the peace & quiet while we toured Harbour Town and the beach. We would rent again if in the area.

Fantastic

The sealoft was everything we could have wanted. Located on the quaint Deer Island with simply stunning sunsets. The interior of the sealoft was beautifully decorated. We will definitely plan on renting again!

It was a beautiful house with amazing views. We saw lots of dolphins the first few days and watched the boats go by on the others. Some beautiful sunset skies. We enjoyed it very much.

The property was even better than advertised. The beds are so comfortable that getting a good night sleep after bicycling or kayaking was no problem. Barbour town is absolutely beautiful!

Convenient location with breathtaking views! This was just what we needed to de-stress and relax!
We loved our location! It was convenient to EVERYTHING!! We had bikes delivered from a bike rental company on Hilton Head. We enjoyed the paved, mostly shaded bike paths during our entire trip. We rode them to the beach, to restaurants, to the lighthouse…literally we rarely used our vehicles! This vacation was so nice and relaxing! It was just what we needed!

Awesome getaway!
Staying here was a great experience! The location was convenient and water views were exceptional. We saw dolphins playing each evening from the deck. We stayed only a few days.. so did very little cooking, but the house was well stocked and seemed to have everything needed. The owners have made use of the square footage in a very decorative and efficient way.

A beautiful updated property with a wonderful set up and view. The amenities that they supply are even better! We’ve never travelled where we didn’t have to supply the “little things” like dish soap, a dish sponge, laundry detergent, and more! Not to mention the beach chairs, wagon, and beach towels for our trip to the beach! Thank you!!

Paradise on Deer Island
This place was amazing! The Sea Loft was beautifully decorated, super clean and very cozy. No detail was forgotten. The view from the deck is breathtaking. An added bonus was daily visits from our fur friends. The sea loft is in the perfect location and walking distance from Harbor Town. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Location and View
We have been visiting HHI and Harbour Town for 20+ years and have only recently discovered the Deer Island Sea Lofts - which is where we hope to stay going forward! We had grandparents, plus my family of three (myself, husband and daughter). I was afraid it would feel small however the layout was perfect with everyone having their own private space. Tranquil and surrounded by nature - and just what we needed. The space is clean and well appointed. We’ve already decided to book this same unit next year - loved it!

RBC Heritage guys trip, perfect location
