PROFESSIONAL STAFF - VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUSPosted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Good location - within walking distance to shopping area and restaurant. If take the tram from Hiroshima Station, get off at the Fukuro-machi Station and walk about 100 meters toward Peace Boulevard (Heiwa Odori). At the intersection with the NHK Public Broadcasting building, turn left. The hotel is facing a smaller side street right behind the ANA Crown Plaza Hotel. If traveling in group of 3-4, it costs about the same for a taxi from the Hiroshima Station to the hotel, and you don't have to put up with find the hotel if arriving late and/or with lots of luggage. VERY FRIENDLY front desk staff - speak perfect English. Very helpful with storing luggage before check-in time or after check-out.

Close to major attractionsPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is conveniently located to the peace memorial museum and surrounding attractions are all within walking distance. Staff were friendly, but did not understand English very well.

Great for a short stayPosted May 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is by no means a 5-star however it is of walking distance to the downtown/arcade, the sights (Dome and castle) and close to some surprisingly great restaurants. It was very clean and staff, despite limited English, were very helpful. Wi-fi service was also very good.

Nice, but not exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, near to Hiroshima Peace Park.

Delightful stay!Posted May 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, and a breakfast buffet far exceeding those offered by American hotels. Public bath and laundry facilities were immaculate. Would return without hesitation.

This hotel is very centrally located.Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: larger rooms
Location: The atomic dome, the peace memorial park, Hiroshima castle.
We really liked the hotel, although it the room is VERY SMALL. We got it for its location, very accessible to all tourist sites. We did not spend much time in the room, but suffice it to say it is more like a walk in closet.

Close to all must see sights in this city.Posted Apr 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Again very small room with small bed , other than that everything was nice about this hotel. They provided internet service in the room. The shower was very good, extra pillow was given, friendly service at the desk. The street car stop was close by to go to the station to visit the nearby towns. Peace memorial park was within walking distance. On the same street, couple of blocks left side of the hotel, I found a good grocery store. That was very helpful for me to buy fruits and prepared salads since I am being the vegetarian.

Conveniently located hotelPosted Mar 30, 2014
Nice hotel. Small rooms but as expected for the reasonable rate. Public bath was also nice (and each room has it's own bath/shower in case you're a bit shy). Staff were helpful and friendly. An easy walk to the Atomic Bomb museum and shopping areas.

Nice hotel with large rooms near stationPosted Mar 28, 2014
I was traveling with trip grown children. We had a double room with two queen beds. This worked well for us and was more in line with American style hotels for size and.comfort.
