1 Bedroom Updated camp on Secluded Holland Pond

1 Bedroom updated camp with dock right on desirable and secluded Holland Pond. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded pond nestled in a state wildlife preserve. newer kitchen with plenty of space and everything you would need for a short or long term stay. Enclosed porch offers picturesque view of the pond as well as additional pull out couch for additional guest. Wake up to the view of the sun rising over the pond and the sound loons echoing around the prestine waters. A short walk to wildlife preserve trailheads, boat ramp, and VAST trail. A truly peaceful location nestled near the Canadian border and NEK. FYI...No Internet or cable available but plenty of DVD's and VHS tapes.

Exceptional quiet and simplicity!
The setting of the cabin - near the end of the road by an out-of-the-way unspoilt pond - is wonderful, and the cabin, though modest, is very comortable and convenient. We canoed on the lake, saw loons and eagles, hiked nearby, and watched stars - days of amazement and calm. Thank you, Anthony, for being a helpful host, and for all the thought and practicality which has gone into making the cabin so welcoming.

Quiet getaway
When it's time to unplug and relax this is the place. Not fancy, but everything you might need if you want to leave electronic tech and gadgets behind. Excellent hiking and paddling, great views, waterfront and fire ring can't be beat. Thanks Anthony!

A week in paradise
This little camp was absolutely perfect. We found it to be clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The lawn, waterfront, and dock were all everything we had hoped they would be, and more. The views from the front porch were breathtaking. We spent the week kayaking, swimming, and enjoying campfires and stargazing each night with our family. We swam with two curious loons, followed a family of links along the shoreline in our kayak, and even had a few bald eagle sightings. This property is literally a little “chunk of Heaven” on earth! Thanks Anthony!

Ton of Goose feces
Beautiful spot but there was a lot of Goose feces (almost everywhere you step) and we had two dogs with us so it was not an ideal situation.

Delightful Seclusion
The excitement began about 5 minutes from the property when we spotted two large bears munching on dropped corn on the edge of a field! Anthony’s property was all we’d been promised, clean, peaceful and quiet. We saw loons and bald Eagle during our paddling around the pond. An extended weekend getaway with wife and dogs, but without internet was perfect for my 50th birthday. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect de-stresser
The weather wasn't great, but the lack of cell and Internet made my stay seem twice as long. Being able to walk my dogs right out the door onto a really interested trail was great and 5 minutes away was another trailhead to an incredible group of trails. The views were spectacular, the folks next door very friendly and the house quite nice. The array of DVDs and videos weren't my type but I had books which probably added to the slowed pace (Modern TV is awfully fast-paced). My dogs loved it.

Anniversary kickoff
We enjoyed the Cabin although it rained most of our stay. Neighbors are a little close but not terrible they were respectful and let you be. The pond looks awesome! The bed was big and comfortable and the cabin has everything you need. Host was nice and communicated well.

Remote, Quiet and Relaxing
If you’re looking for a remote, quiet place completely off the grid then this is it. This is a comfortable, no frills cabin on a beautiful pond. We experienced complete quiet with no internet or cell service. The property has everything you would need for a rustic getaway including interesting reading material on the history of the town. We really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful, nature lovers paradise
The perfect getaway. Cozy and comfortable. A great place if you value solitude and need a break from the internet and social media! Reading, being in nature, hiking, and paddling take on a whole new meaning, beyond restful.
