Beautiful home with pool one mile from Lake Michigan beach

It's the best of both worlds at this beautiful vacation rental! Stunning pool and hot tub located just one mile from the shores of Lake Michigan with three floors of living space with room for 15 guests. Located on the northside of Holland along bike paths that lead directly to Tunnel Park, this home has been recently designed. Main floor offers two separate bedrooms with king beds, full bath and a living/dining area with a large farmhouse table. The upper floor boasts a large bedroom with two queens, a full bath, and a great loft area for kids with three twin bed daybeds and tv area. The lower level has a bunk room for four, a ping pong table, living area, full bath and direct access to beautifully designed pool/hot tub and patio area with stainless grill.

Please note that the pool is heated to 78 degrees.

This location is also just a 10 minute drive to award winning downtown Holland and just minutes from Holland State Park as well as Lake Macatawa.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

Perfect Large Family Getaway!!!
This was such a beautiful home to quickly get awAy with our large family. This home definitely felt homey and it was the perfect place for all the adults and kids. The pictures of the pool and backyard do not do it justice! It was amazing! The house had plenty of space for everyone without feeling like we were all on top of one another! It was clean and had plenty of basic necessities! Communication was constant and easy checkin and check out! The area was extremely quiet and private. It was a good distance from the beach and from downtown! Would definitely book again! Thanks for a great time!

Gathered for family get together. We were lucky, the weather was fantastic! The pool & hot tub were fantastic, plenty of seating at the pool. Beach towels were really nice! Mosts beds were very comfortable. Close to walking / biking sidewalks to get to the parks. It was great! Our only complaint was the main area was "dark" (poor lighting), not a lot of living room seating. We had (9) people (thank goodness we didn't have rain). Fees are very high.

It is a nice property and location. Sadly, there seems to have been storms before we arrived that affected the pool pump. The hot tub , waterfall and pool filter had not been working and it took until Wednesday (we arrived Saturday) before we could really use the pool. There were also issues with the upstairs drain and TV that were addressed by Tuesday. I am sure these were one off issues as our stay was pleasant otherwise. The proximity to Lake Michigan is something we appreciated. There is plenty to do in the area for all ages.

My family really enjoyed spending our vacation here! The large dining table was perfect for our family of 10 to gather for meals and games, with room to spare.The pool and hot tub were beautiful! I would suggest some trimming of greenery around the stone path down to the pool. It would make the path a little safer to travel.

Awesome pool
We had some issues with the hot tub but the pool company was very responsive and kept coming back until it was working properly. Everyone loved swimming and finding the big dipper at night while in the hot tub was the best. Bring some pool toys as they are not provided. Umbrellas for shade by the pool would be a nice upgrade as it gets very sunny. This is a very nice rental and fun for kids and adults.

Wonderful place to stay!
My family stayed here in September. We were a little hesitant to travel during the pandemic, but this house was perfect for the 10 of us. We are all members of the same family, but we live in different cities, so this house was ideal because it was spacious and allowed us to have room to spread out when needed. The backyard was amazing! We spent many afternoons in the pool and outside playing cards and other games. The house had plenty of supplies. The grill worked perfectly. It was conveniently located to many places. Everyone enjoyed it, from the young kids to a teen to adults of all ages. We would definitely come again. It was a lovely place for our family reunion.

Pool was awesome & house was nice. It would have been nice to have a larger dining table on the patio; only had small table & 4 chairs for family of 9. Also 2 cushion chairs on patio were so dirty they were not useable. Overall though we had a great time.

Family time in Holland
This is a beautiful property located in a quiet area of Holland. It has a wonderful beautifully landscaped backyard and pool with hot tub. The house functioned very well for 8 adults and two children. I think the only negatives were the coffee pot needs to be replaced and the air conditioner does not cool the house as indicated on the thermostat. However, we had a great time in this city that is very clean with lots to do.

The house is laid out perfectly! Open enough to feel together but enough space to spread out. The backyard is a dream- pool/ spa beautiful and enough grassy space for the kids to play yard games. Would rent again. Only drawback is not walking distance to beach/town.

Awesome pool.
Really nice house with pool and hot tub. Nice finished basement to hangout. We noticed a problem with the basement TV, notified the property managers and it was replaced within 24 hours.. Fantastic response time. Close to several great Michigan beaches too. Holland has great shopping and restaurants. It’s a friendly and charming town. A great place to unwind and relax.

Great Location! Great Pool!
Loved the location of this spacious cottage. The floorplan was perfect. Big farmhouse table had enough space for everyone to gather together to eat, socialize or play games. The three levels provided the right amount of privacy and space so we never felt crowded. Plenty of parking for our family cars. The beautifully landscaped yard and pool made us feel like we were staying at a luxury resort. Well marked and easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful pool, nice house.
Half of our family stayed here for our family reunion. Everyone was very comfortable with spacious bathrooms, very comfortable beds and an incredibly beautiful pool with plenty of chairs and pool toys. The hot tub was also beautiful. The entire home and pool area were clean and ready when we arrived. Everything was in working order. The management company was great, and very responsive to all of our questions. The only downside was that the house was on a slightly more busy street, rather then in a neighborhood. However, inside the home you did not hear any street noise. If you have small children, you would need to watch them very carefully in the front yard. However, the back yard is fenced in and a lovely place to relax and play.

BVW Properties was extremely helpful and accommodating. House was clean upon arrival. Hot tub was not working but they did everything they could to try & get it fixed while we were there. Pool was extremely nice. Answered any kind of question or concern we had. Did not want the time there to end and look forward to staying there again.

Overall it was great! The pool was the best! A few things were broken upon our arrival, kind of surprised about that. The mosquitos were pretty bad, kept us inside earlier than we wanted. The house did fit out needs. Overall, an enjoyable experience!

Great week in a really nice place!
Super great house for our group vacation. We have theee families that go on trips together every year. Plenty of room in the house. The house was very clean! Loved the pots and pans. Easy to clean. We didn't have a working grill though, which is why we are giving four stars. Overall we would definitely go back to this house! The pool was fantastic!!!
