French Twist Villa was built in 1948 and lovingly restored and updated for comfort and beauty. In French Twist Villa, you will enjoy the morning sunlight brightening the kitchen, as you start your day sipping coffee or tea in the charming breakfast nook. Cooking is a breeze with the Kitchen Aid Convection Range. Dishes can be washed in the new stainless steel dishwasher. Store your food and beverages in a new stainless steel full size refridgerator that contains chilled glassware for your pleasure. We have a coffee station in the well decorated kitchen for your convenience. The kitchen is well stocked to meet your needs. You will have a tea kettle, Instant pod style coffee maker, along with a selection of coffees, a cutting board with sharp knives, microwave, pots, pans, elegant flatware and ironstone dishware. Relax, in the comfortable and gorgeous living room, in conversation or viewing a 55" TV with Dish service. Showering is a beautiful experience in the gorgeous large shower area with multiple shower heads and ecquisite tile. When it's time for sleep, crawl into soft sheets with a heated mattress pad, if needed, on a queen sized bed. You will have free use of a high end frontload washer and dryer. Peace is what you will feel while relaxing in the beautifully designed living room. The entryway provides a coat closet with storage space for shoes. We request that shoes be removed upon entering the home. When the weather allows, you can sit on the front deck to take in the scenery and beautiful sounds of a neighboring waterfall. Watch for deer and wild turkeys. You are steps away from the Freedom Trail, which follows the river through Hot Springs. This trail allows you to view our historic sandstone architecture. Or cross the bridge to many nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries and shops. This is truly a beautiful location and property with plenty of privacy. Your stay will be so memorable, you will want to stay forever.

DeAnn was a great hostess, lots of personal attention was put into the decorating and furnishings, location was great and relaxing, lots of interesting architecture in town, very walkable community. We had a lovely time there!
