I stayed for one night 2/24/24 and the staff at the front desk was welcoming and nice from the time I walked, the rooms were very clean all through the hotel I love the tv was big and the pool was nice for the kids I would definitely be going back

Among its many strong qualities re comfort, hygiene, convenience & value for money, the Hampton Inn Syracuse DeWitt is one of the most pet-friendly places I have stayed. The staff are genuinely concerned about their guests and their pets. I haven't found better service anywhere in North America. Bravo to the team at Syracuse DeWitt.

We loved our stay here. The hotel manager was so welcoming it made you feel at home. There were beautiful holiday decorations throughout the lobby and main floor. Would certainly stay here next time we are in town.

Extremely clean. Wonderful friendly staff. The young women who worked on the Friday evening until 10:30 was fantastic. Very friendly and kind person. Very helpful when I asked a question. She is the kind of staff you want to keep forever. Great human being. Thank-You so much to her for all her kindness and for answering all my questions!
