Woke up to bedbugs crawling all over the bed. Me and my family members staying in the room had bedbug bites. Manager switched the room and only offered food from the hotel as compensation. Given how the hotel was infested with bedbugs, I didn't feel comfortable eating anything from the hotel. I had to cancel my safari trip and my family members birthday lunch so I could move from one room to another room. The staff who came to help move the luggages were unfriendly and were speaking in Hindi about their frustration of helping me move rooms. I let the staff know that I can understand the language and can understand what they are saying. At which point they became more polite. Did not expect a hotel in Dubai to have bedbugs out of all the places I've visited so far. How disappointing.

I liked the hotel location with respect to conveniences and safety. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast. Didn’t have lunch there since we were out whole day. Had buffet dinner once. It was good.Nice variety, changed items everyday. It’s close to Dubai mall and Burj. 25 Dirham for taxi to get there. Two things I didn’t like was; we didn’t have view from our window. Our view was walkway to the wing of the same hotel so never opened the curtains. If you are not going to be in the room whole day it will not bother you. This won’t stop me from coming back to this hotel. I didn’t like the smell of cigarettes in the hallway even though it was non smoking area. I would say this smell is the only thing that bothered me otherwise excellent place.

The property was clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and comfortable however the breakfast has limited options and seating was a hassle. We had to wait for a table and the eggs were cold and the staff wasn’t helpful in helping us secure a table to eat. Overall would rate 7/10

In a city that can feel overly lavish, the Holiday Inn Express Safa Park is simple, convenient, and friendly. The one draw back was the noise management - a few noisy guests on the floor and you hear it in the rooms.

The hotel was in a quiet area within walking distance from Business Bay metro station. This makes it convenient to explore Dubai by public transportation. The Mexican restaurant onsite was very good.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and the location is very good. Staff are friendly. There is one thing that I hope to get resolved: I left my prescription eyeglasses in the hotel lobby when I was working at the computer area. Good location for getting around by metro!
We enjoyed our stay, location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was good but the shower was in need of repair and a really good cleaning. It felt yucky.

Good location although nothing within walking distance. Metro a short taxi ride. Courtesy bus you have to book 24hrs in advance. They advertise on their website they have airport transfer, this is not correct. Breakfast closes at 10:30am however milk, juices and coffee machines are empty by 10am. They need to make sure breakfast is available until the time they stated. It was a good price.

Très bien, le petit déjeuner est varié. Proche du Metro Business Bay et du Canal. Merci à l’équipe de la réception, du chef cuisinier qui vient nous voir et prendre des commentaires, l’équipe du nettoyage, les agents de sécurité et même le directeur qui est venu en personne pour nous donner des explications.

The hotel is located in a central part of the city, close to the subway to go anywhere, including the airport. It is located one stop from the subway to the Mall, where you can do many activities. The hotel service was excellent; the breakfast was varied and delicious. And the best thing is the price that works for people who want to visit Dubai at an affordable price.

One of the best hotel in Dubai with very reasonable tarrif. The rooms are clean & staff very very good. The best part is that Metro station is just a 5 min walk & you can reach any part of Dubai easily. ***** 5 Stars from me.

Alan and Waqar ( at the front desk) was so professional, courteous and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was equally generous and kind. Our overall experience was fantastic. We booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 days. We will definitely come back again if we are in Dubai and most definitely we highly recommend staying here. The Breakfast buffet was amazing! Thank you Holiday Inn Staff and manangement.
