He was the worst stay in hotel in Paris even we find a mouse in the room this is very bad for a hotel four star The worst thing is when we report it to the front desk they told me is normal in Paris there is plenty mouses and rats this is not answer to give for comforting people.

I love Paris and the Hotel California
We loved our stay at the Hotel California. The desk people arranged our rooms efficiently for all of us. I’m 81 and my room had a walk in shower and grab bars. My granddaughters had rooms for them to gather. And my daughter had Room 701 with a table where we could play board games. Location is perfect for walking. We’re coming back!!!

The room was adequate in size. Service was slow requiring a long wait and much staff discussion before anything happened. The “amenities” included airport transportation. They neglected to mention the fee for this which was higher than a taxi. A lot of assurances and promises but little prompt performance.

This Hotel is perfectly located and just off the Champs-Elysees. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and inviting. We had a standard room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed but very narrow and only room for 1 person at a time. There was a great Irish Pub a few doors down that had great food. If in Paris again i would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Two minutes from champs elysees. Staff is so so. Some are very friendly and some are unfriendly. Breakfast is average and if you want an omelette or sunny side eggs you need to pay an extra 7euros or just settle for the cold scrambled eggs. Dishes need to be checked as some were dirty. Room and bathroom were clean and well heated.

A five-star property with 1-star service. The hotel is fabulously located, beautiful, with fantastic views and with amazing pool and common grounds. However, it feels like it is placed in an austerity regime as the service is lacking extremely. Long waiting times everywhere. The breakfast is also poor and reflects the above sentiment. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and never have I experienced such a poor breakfast before.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. Other than that, it’s a fresh coat of paint on an old hotel. Plumbing was bad, took over an hour to get assistance and room wasn’t set up for 4 people as described when booked.

Lovely, clean and luxurious
We loved this hotel! It was a last minute booking after our first hotel was a disaster. I was pleasantly surprised at what I got for my money. A beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic restaurant, and a large, comfortable room. It's also really conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is situated right off Champs-Elysées next to the Zara store. It’s very close to the Metro station. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. The first night our AC stopped working and it was very hot, the hotel did give us 2 fans. The next night we were switched to a different room with working AC. The first room had a very low ceiling in the shower with some mold on the ceiling. The second room was great. Overall would recommend!

The property is in excellent location. I reserved a room for 3 adults, 1 child with one king size bed and 2 doubles. I was given a room with 3 doubles, ehich is good for 3 people only. When asked about the king size bes, they joined 2 doubles, so we ended up with one king size bed and one double bed, and we were told the room does not fit another bed. Basically 3 people enede up sleeping in the king size bed, despite my reservstion.

Loved this hotel. The property was extremely clean and the room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issue was that the television didn't work most of our 5 day stay. And, the WiFi only worked occasionally. Each time we reported it we were told the technician was working on it. But, really, who needs TV while in Paris? If I ever return to Paris, I will stay at Hotel California !

Great location, clean rooms and great service!
Hotel is centrally located with clean rooms and great service. Joseph, especially, was wonderful and we looked forward to his cheerful attitude and ready to help service that would make us come back again!
