Great staff, great location
Very nice stay. Hotel staff was very helpful with calling the taxi and mapping out the town for us. We would stay again next time we are in Zaragoza. Hotel is perfectly situated near the old town/historic district and walking distance to the Roman ruins and the basilica. Very quiet in the room at night.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet had not been vacuumed or cleaned in who knows how long. There were dirt stains everywhere and the edges were covered in settled dust that you could scrape up with your shoe sole. Tbe location was great. But that was the only good thing about it.

The property is conveniently located in Old Town. There is carpet in the room, so if you have seasonal allergies, please beware - air was stuffy.

The rooms need to be remodeled. The breakfast isn’t worth paying for. The location is the only good thing going for it.

The property and staff were wonderful. I had a little trouble getting there as my GPS took me to the front door but going the wrong way down the street. The parking lot was also a little bit of a problem but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was great and the location was wonderful. Thanks for a nice stay!

Very centrally located, within easy walkable distance to the main attractions. Hotel ambience warm and welcoming. In room facilities actually limited but adequate, no kettle. No car parking discount offered contrary to what has been advertised. Public 24hr car park within walking distance to the hotel, around 5 mins and 23€. But the road to the car park is different to the hotel due to the one way system, it may not be straight forward for some.

The hotel was excellent and the reception staff were also really helpful to us.......we didnt have breakfast but would give all the other parts 10/10 comfort, service etc. Will be recommending this hotel to our friends who are coming soon, we live in Murcia. Beautiful city.

Parking issue by hotel..
The reservation was a bit shady. I was under the impression that PARKING was included since the hotel does NOT have its own parking. Instead I was charged an extra €19 for parking. I thought this was a misrepresentation.

We stayed here for a one night stop off as a family of four. From Santander to the Barcelona / Costa Brava area this April 2023. Trying to the locate the hotel was very difficult as the sat nav and maps took us all over the shop. It’s not the hotels fault as their location is excellent for venturing off through the city but it was difficult to get too. It’s actually right in a high street on a tram run so you can’t park near the hotel easily anyway. There is an underground car park nearby. You need to identify the car park that you need to park in and put that in the sat nav. I used google Earth. From there it’s about a 10min walk with your cases to the hotel. The hotel offered reduced parking rates at the actual hotel itself, just take your ticket from the barrier with you. The staff were very helpful and were very friendly. We would stay here again knowing now, how to get there. The city is pretty much like Barcelona. Great for a stop over or for a few nights stay with plenty of architecture, history, eateries, bars and shopping options. Rooms were clean, plenty of space with nice en-suite facilities.

Good price in a great location
The room and bathroom are big. The location is great. The parking is 5 minutes away less comfortable with big baggage. The cost for the reduce parking is 17.5 💶. It is clean and comfortable.

An excellent choice and value for the money!
The warm welcome from the staff and the location of the hotel in downtown Zaragosa made my first visit to the city terrific. Although the hotel is a bit shabby it has a lot of charm and the bed and room were quite comfortable. It's an excellent value for the money and I couldn't have wished for a better location to explore the city.

Sercotel Oriente A good place to stay in Zaragoza
The desk staff very helpful, English spoken, proactive with local sight seeing advice including provision of detailed map with directions. The room allocated was on the top floor with the window overlooking central building well - no view at all. Thought this a bit odd for foreign visitors. The location of the hotel is excellent for access to both the interesting sights and also to enjoy the local vibrant evening lifestyle with families walking the open mall very close to the hotel. Happy with breakfast at hotel, again English speaking friendly staff, albeit continental buffet, bacon and toast also available. The hotel is getting a little weary, needs a face lift to warrant the 3 stars - overall a convenient and friendly place to stay - would stay there again and hope for a room with a view.

A pleasing stay.
The hotel provided very good value for money and was located centrally, a mere 4 minutes walk from the Pilar centre. The staff were helpful at all times, particularly during the breakfast service. Food in the morning was plentiful. though I would have preferred a hot option. Air conditioning was not on, as it was not summer yet. Wifi was excellent.

We were given a smoker room without asking for it. It stunk, so we requested a non-smoker room. According to the receptionist the only room available was the disable one so we took it. We didn't bother about the shower layout but we did about the lack of heating in the room (the stay was in October). We raised it and the receptionist confirmed that the room heating didn't work but that the bathroom radiator should. It didn't either as she tried it personally. It used to be one of the best hotels in the city with its perfect location but has gone totally down the hill, a shame.
