Every thing was clean and staff went over and beyond let me. Check in early after driving for hours in the rain had a great time in the pool and hot tub

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk came out of the back room with a bunch of food in her mouth, smacking it for what seemed like an eternity, showing her food as she chewed. It was just gross and nasty. She was unhelpful and u professional. And why would she run a lengthy report at check-in time? Makes no sense at all.

Always enjoy staying at the MCM. The staff is great and go out of their way for the guests. The rooms need to be updated a bit. The furniture is starting to look worn.

I was so angry about my check in. I arrived exhausted only because of the storm and asked for my room. I was told it was not ready and told to call to check. I called three times every hour while I sat in my car waiting. At 4 I went back and saw Tina at desk. She saw me and left. Susan the manager left. The male who checked me in said oh no, I’m sorry your room was ready two hours ago! These women are horrible. Totally lied. I wasted three hours today and am still furious. It’s loud poorly constructed hotel. No sound barrier to highway when I specifically asked for and paid for a quiet room. Do not stay here!

This is a really cool place to stay, loved the ambiance. I love that it seems like they are trying to keep it origional 70s theme, but at the same time they could still do some updating inside the rooms and maintain the theme. My only real complaint is when the heater came on it made a really loud noise and the hot tub was more like a warm pool. I can usually sleep through those things but it did wake me up a few times during the night. Overall would still recommend and will definitely stay again.

This property is so unique and fun! I loved the indoor pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was excellent. The first person to help me check in left out some pertinent information, but the other staff member more than made up for it. Great place to stay!

Property starting to show age. The knob for the bathtubb was very stiff. Sprayed myself with the shower on accident. Funny scene for those watching lol. Otherwise it was as pleasant as always will def stay there again.

Front desk was not helpful in pest we found in room. We never got new sheets after we found centipedes crawling in them. Sheet had several stains. House keepers never brought us towels. We never got to enjoy the hot tub due to a man patrolling the place he never let us turn on hot tub.

The property is beautiful and the surrounding area has easy access to dofferent shops and some top notch restaurants. The rooms are dated, and the bathroom was a little cramped, the reclining chair in my room didnt work and the pillows have a plastic feel to them. Other than those few complaints the over all experience was good, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We loved the pool area and the inside of the hotel was really neat. The free breakfast was just okay. We really liked the extra living room area. The bed was really comfortable but the sheets were really rough.

The overall cleanliness was very good, the bed was very comfortable. The furniture was old and worn and probably should be upgraded, but even at that most of it was comfortable enough.

This facility was obviously crreated for large parties but even though we stayed on a Sunday evening, when few people were around, the breakfast was excellent using short order techinque. I would stay here again.

The Hotel room furniture is outdated....But everything else about this property is great. From the bar, to the breakfast. front Desk...everything was of high standard. Pet friendly. would recommend.
