All great except breakfast selections. There is a omelette lady which in theory is nice but we were there 6 days, how many omelette’s can you eat. It also depended on amount of the tip to get any quantity of ingredients in your omelette. Breaking included this was not
The location was what we were looking for, on the beach and walkable to many attractions! The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C struggled, but worked ok but our main concern was the layout of the room! The shower and toilet are in what I would call a closet! The sink and mirror are right next to the bed so was a really odd situation, but all in all, this is a nice place!
I think it is a bit over priced , but most everything is these days . I think they need some kind of locks on the back entrances . And the lobby kinda had a bad smell when we checked it . But over all a nice place to stay .
Many issues, no hair dryer. Room was small with broken parts. Bathroom design was poor.
Smelled musty, air conditioner/heater was bad.
Elevator was poor and slow. Breakfast was sub par.

Roger, Roger Roger,It always amazes me when I have a pleasant conversation with a guest and then they depart and leave a review that lacks authenticity. The hair dryer was in a drawer in the room! Why didn't you ask? You really must not have come down for breakfast or you would never say it was sub par. We serve omelets made to order, hot waffles, three types of breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, fruit cups, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, danish, mufifns, breads, and more. It is arguably the best breakfast at any Sleep Inn in the nation! That room has been sold out every night for weeks and you are the first to complain about any issues-but we'll check it out.
Came back to the room after being at the beach planning to shower and cool off and eat lunch and found 3 people in the room with the door shut. Guess they had to work on air conditioner for 4th floor from our room. Had to stand around and wait to even use our room. Not in the best condition on the rooms. Missing paint, board nailed to the ceiling, had a good breakfast though.
I love the breakfast, way better than just your typical continental breakfast. The room and staff were terrific. The down fall the the gate to go on the beach to the property, I would definitely figure out a way to make the opening and closing of the gate quite. We love the sound of the ocean and slept with the door open, the gate thing sucked big time!!!!
We didn’t like that the floor stayed sandy , the room needs a broom for guests to sweep up sand . Our bath mat was disgusting when we picked it up , the floors need better scrubbing . Bed was worn out . Overall we enjoyed our stay , staff was great .
There was only 1/2 roll of toilet tissue in the room at time of arrival, as well as 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days, I requested towels and toilet tissue was provided but never received towels.
The floors could have been cleaner,
I was told at check out I would receive my receipt by email from the company I booked the stay thru and still have not seen this , I even checked junk mail etc.
I almost didn't want to review this place. It's a diamond in the rough I don't really care to share. Of all the places we could go I will always return here. The highlight of the breakfast bar is a omelet bar, made to order.
The beach is only 50 yards from the hotel pool, and very clean.
My only negative I would have wished for a better air conditioner. It was ok didn't suffer but I would have liked it cooler. So if you choose this based on my review respect it and keep it nice for my next time.
It was a great place to stay only reason I put food on the property because they were redoing the pool. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was wonderful and always accommodating!!
Good value for area. Would not advise for extended stay. Good staff, great breakfast. Beds are not high on comfort. Any one can enter hotel and have access to all floors.
What a lovely property - nothing over the top, but clean, fresh, and light. Staff was welcoming - breakfast was tasty…above all, my room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the view was nice. Walkable to shopping and dining…the white sands of Orange Beach and the sunset?? Divine!!
Everything. Great price. Clean rooms. Nice check in.

Our room needed some repair work. The ceiling had damage that had been painted over. The area in the shower/toilet along the base board and shower enclosure showed signs of leakage and mold.
We had to go to a different floor to get ice.
Finding the opening to turn into Sleep Inn from the street was not marked well.
Positive note: The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the omelet station.
I absolutely loved this little hotel!
Very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
Will definitely stay here again!!

Not so great experience
I’ve had this trip planned for several months and when I made the reservation I accidentally didn’t make the reservation for an ocean view. I cancelled the original stay and rebooked. When I called the hotel about this error I made the service was mediocre and seemed to not be very helpful. Once I arrived on Sunday with my family there was a miscommunication about the amount paid up front by my family (another stay) the gentleman was extremely unhelpful. Very matter of fact. No compassion or anything. This had my mom paying several $100 that she didn’t have outside of our stay because this was a trip her mother bought her for Christmas. Once I was booked in I went to my room with my son and we saw lots of construction on the beach. Heavy machinery and our beach access was closed. This was closed for an entire day and half of our stay. Not to mention the construction went 24 hours a day and there wasn’t any rest to be had on the first two days of our trip. Why wasn’t this mentioned at check in? Why wasn’t this mentioned at time of reservation? I called down to the first desk and asked how long it was going to happen. He told me they had no idea a full construction project would be on the beach during our stay. I find this very hard to believe. I’m not sure I will return to this hotel. Lack of compassion and communication.
