The staff was very nice. But they weren't very informative about the shuttle transportation or the Spa. They never made us aware that its best to book appointments with either or both if you wanted to use these services. Even though i made them aware that this was our first experience staying with them. Not to mention the from our to the outside was horrible. All we saw was the back of a building and ac ducts outside of our room window.

The overall experience was very nice. The room was amazing. It was my wedding weekend and I was really excited about staying at the hotel. I arrived about an hour after the stated check-in time but when I went to check in, my room was not ready. Another staff member came over and figured something out where I could get another room of the same style so I was appreciative of that. I can imagine though how disappointed I would have been if that had not been the case

Someone was given our same room number and keys to the room. Someone walked in on us in the room. The staff did apologize and give room credit for food and beverage. This was unacceptable.

Everything with the hotel was great, restaurant and bar were fantastic. Hotel staff were very kind and polite. The suite is beautiful and a very nice view of the city. The only downside was there were a lot of homeless people outside asking for money every time we went outside

The hotel and staff was really lovely, currently traveling around the states for two months and each hotel we have stayed has been 5*. Yet this is 5* but very understated but felt lovely. The welcome by the concierge to the reception staff was all exemplary. The only thing that spoilt the stay was Downtown Houston! Maybe I expected something different but it was like the scene from an apocalypse, the city was dead no people about apart from homeless people and people suffering server mental illnesses. Felt quite unsafe walking around exploring the city centre.
