No towels when i checked in, cats in a cage in front of my room, roaches in the bathroom, only bathroom amenities is 1 bar of soap, microwave is rusted & food particles inside, dining table had multiple cigarette burns in the wood.

The property was very unsafe, there was a car with no tires and jacked up. There was someone who yelled our room number at night for no reason. I had a hard time sleeping at night.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was counting the days just to escape this terrible place, every single day there was a car parking in front of my door blasting music and base to the extend that my ears started to hurt, and when I do complain to the staff nothing is being done about it. Secondly, cleaning serivce is once a week meaning you don't get a fresh towels for a week and you gotta make do with two towels. Third, it's a dangerous place to be at, theyre all gangers looking people, chatting loudly at your door and you dare complain to them about it, DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE.

Residents were friendly. I saw there was a Popsicle lady and a cookie lady. The kids played freely and spoke. However, the staff and facility were not the best. I prepaid for a 7.day visit and selected a non-smoking room. Room 1 reeked of smoke. Room 2 reeked ofold and floor was.soft.as of it.would cave in at any moment. Room 3 was not cleaned well and there.were roaches. The elevator was not.clean. There was.tobacco on the.floor and.reekes.of.urine. I had to have the key card reset sevetal times.which was frustrating because my room was on the 3rd.floor! Rolled luggage in fresh urine in elevator as I went to check out!!! I stayed but did not prefer it at all.and.absolutely do not plan to return.

Most Terrifying Night of My Life.
This was the most terrifying experience in my life. The office closes at eleven. I called ahead to tell them I wouldn't be arriving until one am. They said that was fine. I get there, cops are leaving. Cars are driving fast through the parking lot. I ring the bell, nothing. Cops went diving by again. Go to the house phone, it's missing. Called Hotels.com and they called motel. They had to call twice. Security walked me to my room and while we were on the way there two guys were dealing drugs. They dropped them on accident and used profanity. The AC wasn't working, the phone didn't work. I called Hotels.com again. The security guard came and moved me to another room. The room was discusting and smelled and I barricaded the door with my table and chairs.

This property looks nothing like the description on your website. This property was dilapidated and disgusting. I checked in and it looked really shabby in the outside. Went to our room. Opened the door the wooden floors were muddy and very dirty. There were roaches everywhere, all over the floors and all over the walls. There was a huge hole in the wall and they tried to cover it with a nightstand. Roaches were literally pooping out of the hole. Went back to the office and made them aware they said nothing. They offered me another room. Ong…that room was worse than the first one. Homeless people were everywhere , they were laying on the ground everywhere and begging for money and fighting! Then the gunshots rang out. I was terrified and the office could careless. They seemed to be accustomed to this. I literally had to go to Walmart and purchased some raid. Was up all night couldn’t sleep due to all of the shooting and fighting and all of those DAMN roaches !! The property was completely rundown and overrun with prostitution. Run don’t stay here !!! Expedia shame on you! For not helping me even though you were aware that I was in danger and could careless about my safety!!! I’ve utilized your services for over 10 years and you let me down! Not anymore I’m done never wii I utilize your services!!

Recent stay over Christmas 2022
My brother was hospitalized so I came into town and stayed here in between visits to see him. Positives: Good TV, microwave, my room as quiet and fairly comfortable. Negatives: the thing that annoyed me most was that there was no cup(s) for brushing teeth, taking meds, etc. Are they really that expensive? Also, bugs in kitchen and bathroom. I did inform them on Christmas Day and the next evening they had clearly sprayed as I saw no more live ones and a few dead ones. Also, someone or their animal pooped in the lone elevator on Christmas Day or night, there was also liquid which may have been liquid and the next day someone vomited just outside the elevator on the higher floors. But hotels can't pick their tenants. Thermostat was way off and 74 felt more like 84 but it beats being cold. I just turned it down to the 60s and that helped. Might stay here again but would look around for alternatives first.

Everything except the staff was terrible. Dirty property. Trash and trash bags in walkways. Dumpster was overflowing and had been for so long animals had made nests. Smell of the dumpster was strong. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Poorly lit parking lot and property. Super thin walls. Broken windows. Boarded up windows. Door wouldn't close completely. No lock on door. Crackheads and homeless surrounding property. Sketchy wiring. Water leaks.

You get what you pay for..
This hotel looks nice from the outside but its a big mess. Check in was alright took longer then I expected. The outside in general has a weird smell. The elevator smelled like urine. Our was basic nothing fancy sheet were stained. Overall I wouldn't stay here again. You get what you pay for
