Absolutely horrific first room had a black box that made an awful noise to blow air cause the ac was broke. The 2nd room was cooler but barely talked to front desk 4 different time about the air and kept being told they would call us and never did. Finally just cancelled the 2nd night and went down the road to stay at a different hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint would be that the room and building look a little rundown. Time for a little face lift.

Room had not been cleaned, bedding on floor. Air conditioning was not working. Temperature stayed at 80 -81 degrees. Unable to adjust the thermostat. Miserable trip. I will not be returning.

First terrible stay at holiday inn. Got a wheel chair accessible room after being told I was lucky to get a room. Weird considering I booked two months in advance. Room did not have a blow dryer or hand towels. I called the front desk and they never returned my call to say they were being delivered. When I got to the front desk she just said ya there’s none. Plug in near the bed did not work and when we went to use the plug in for the lamp we pulled the couch back to find a used condom. The blinds also did not fully roll down. After a terrible night breakfast was also extremely disappointing. The kitchen was dirty, garbage’s overflowing and most items out. Would not recommend!!!

The front desk clerk, Natasha was very rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. She was answering calls with coworkers laughing in the middle of our conversation about them having no availability despite booking a room and being charged for it. She made comments like, “oh you have nowhere else to go, oh that’s so sad” while laughing about the situation instead of being helpful. She said that she wasn’t trained on how to cancel a room or give a receipt when asked to confirm I wouldn’t be charged for the room they didn’t have. She then continued to call someone on the work phone and laugh about our situation to someone; possibly a coworker at the hotel. It was outright disrespectful and unprofessional. I expected a way better experience from Holiday Inn Express. There was no client resolution services offered or any help whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone considering this property save their money and go elsewhere. No hospitality, no friendliness, no warm greeting…I can say nothing positive about this hotel and its business ethics.

We were scheduled to stay here for 17 days while visiting family, but on the 9th night at 2:30 in the morning there was a fire in one of the rooms. Everyone had to find new accommodations because there was water damage to one area of the hotel. Despite this incident, I’d recommend this place. Rooms are spacious and modern. They have a great gym area with nice equipment. Breakfast is your typical eggs & sausage, cereal, fruit and pastries.

Electrical failure issue, fire event has to leave room at 2am 1-20-24 stayed at parking lot until 4am when fire department let us walk for our stuff, hope we get a refund, only used the room for about 3hrs

Some issues at first, but was easily fixed.
Check in was super easy and quick. However, when we got to our room, we had a hige issue with it being cleaned. We were immediately moved to another room that was not good either. The front desk clerk called the manager and thry did a great job accommodating us. While it was inconvenient and disappointing, they did everything to make sure we were good. Our 3rd room was perfect.

Upon check-ln, I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When they did show up they were rude, beligerent and incompetant. I've stayed there at least10 times in the past. Never staying there again. There are too many other hotels in the area to put with being treated that way.

This is the third time we have stayed at this facility, came back the next day and no room service had been completed. Informed front desk and only at that time did they say that room service had to be requested on sold out weekends. We were not informed of that upon check-in.
