“good airport hotel”

This is a good hotel to stay at if you have an early flight like we did.

“Credit Card charge”

I booked and paid thru Expedia yet, this hotel charged my card upon checkout after already being paid by Expedia. Expedia elite member service was awesome in getting this corrected.

“Family friendly, clean, and comfortable”

The room was spacious and comfortable for all four of us. My husband and I brought our daughter and a friend to a function at the Humble Civic Center. The separate living area with couch gave my daughter’s friend privacy and the 2 queen beds gave us plenty of room in the bedroom. The room was also equipped with a kitchenette that not only had the standard fridge, sink, and microwave, but also a cooktop. The hotel is in a great location, close to both Houston Intercontinental Airport and the Humble Civic Center.

The hotel was good and I would stay there again. It served our business purpose well. It was clean and well run.

Hotel was reasonable and included breakfast.

i hated how the hotel smelled. It smelled like old smoke. the housekeepers ladies were awsome, but the smell bother me very much. i had to buy freezze to sleep at night. The hotel was not what i expected it to be like. I WILL NOT RECO,,END THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Phone wires bare - one phone dead - dirty floors - hallway stunk of cigarette smoke - someones sandals stayed in the hall two days (no body though) breakfast was poor excuse Mold around tub areas, bathroom counter sagging at one end - blood on wall in bath would not stay again - just not what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express based on other stays in other ones
