So the manager of this hotel is so rude. We had booked through hotels.com $115 for a room. We called the hotel at 10pm and said we’d be alittle after midnight since we have a newborn. The lady there said they didn’t have any rooms available, that hotels.com made a mistake. We said ok we’ll call get a refund. We call hotels.com they said we will call the hotel property and ask to verify. Manager said the room was ready and we didn’t show up. Took matters into our own hands. My wife called the hotel the manager a male was so rude and told her that we were wrong. He said I know what rooms were available even tho he wasn’t there last night. He started raising his voice towards my wife, so I got on the phone I said sir can we talk too the lady that worked that night. He said no, because I know she wouldn’t lie about the room. Then I said sir we don’t have a lot of money, I just want this resolved. He said well you’re wrong you just didn’t show up. Started raising his voice again. Worst manager and experience ever.
