The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were friendly although didn’t speak much English. The breakfast was not up to other La Quinta standards.
The pool area was filthy, we were there for a week and no one cleaned up the pool area. There was garbage everywhere, the never emptied the garbage so there were flies all over. The outside bathroom was filthy and not cleaned at all.
We always try to stay at a La Quinta while travelling this visit will make me think twice about staying there again.
The elevator was broken down, which we were forced to walk up the stairs. I couldn't cancel, because I paid through Expedia. The doors and walls had possible body fluid smudges on them. The people above me were running back and forth throughout the room. The hotel entrance driveway had a huge hole in the concrete in the the ground with water coming out of. It made it very hard to enter the property. I will never get a room at this property
Expedia overbooked us on Kings for the day of your reservation so we upgraded your room to one of our double beds. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused you.
It was easy to book this last minute one night stay. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile. The customer service was good. I liked the gated entry and exit. Breakfast was good but I had to ask the server to refill items. She needs to make sure you don't run our of coffee and food. I will still recommend the La Quinta Inn
The front desk staff assisted me in finding a restaurants for my family. They were extremely nice and allowed us to check in early. Both people we dealt with were awesome! I wished I would have gotten their names.
Very quiet considering the location. Conveniently located beside a major highway. Pool on the quiet side of the property. The staff were all friendly and helpful except for one front desk man, who was rather rude and short with me when I asked where the gym was. I was also a little disappointed there was no fresh fruit for breakfast, but I attribute that to inflation. All in all exactly what you would want and expect at a La Quinta.
the room was unclean, the curtains were torn, there were fire burnt marks in so many places

Cool stay. Most of the ice machines were broken so I had to keep going to the first floor for ice. I didn’t know they allowed animals in either. I saw 2 dogs and a cat.

I called on first day of what should have been a 4 day weekend for me to cancel the rest of the weekend and they did not allow for cancelation of the rest of the days because the manager was off on vacation and they needed his approval. He wouldn't be back until monday. I had changes in my schedule i was not going to be able to stay the rest of the weekend. Id expect an assistant manager to be on site for these sorts of things as a back up.

The entrance gate will only open if you stay closer to the right side. If you pull up in the middle, the gate won't open. Other than that stay was great.
