I left my expensive mouthguard in my room. I contacted the front desk on my way to the airport. They found the mouthguard but refused to send it to me even when I told them that I would happily pay postage and packing. I contacted customer service who said that they would resolve it within a week. That was 13 days ago!

The staff was very rude and in no hurry to deliver good customer service to the only customer in the lobby waiting to check in for 1 hour after arrival to be told the room couldn't be reserved due to the plastic card not being present at check in. We live in a world of online technology and currency no one should be turned away especially when they show proof of identity and the debit card had just been reported missing from the airport. Good customer service brings people back but this was awful and won't be back

Had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment. The free airport shuttle runs between 5am-10pm. The breakfast was adequate enough with waffle, juice, eggs, coffee, cereals, and sausage. Avi at front desk was helpful and did a great job. The room was very spacious and brand new with a large king bed. It had a desk and a chair and also power points to charge your phone next to the bed. My room was facing the street and you could hear cars and the planes taking off which is normal. I was one of the first rooms next to the renovations and it was loud when they started in the morning. Was allowed to have a 12pm checkout which was nice but the cleaner came at 11am and woke me up wanting to clean the room. The hotel kept my luggage for me while I went out for the day. Bus stop was within 5 minutes walk from the hotel that takes you right into downntown Houston. Overall it was a great stay and value and I'd come back again.

I stayed here for two nights and as it was my first time in Houston the workers weren’t very friendly. I believe that if I’m going to stay at a hotel please put on the website that there is a $150 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that so I didn’t prepare for that. Never the less I didn’t like how I came to the front to buy snacks and the hotel doesn’t accept card. The room itself was clean but the pillows smelt like cigars, it did the job for a weekend trip, but I won’t come back to this location.

Overall a great stay… just did not have a lock on the bathroom. Of course, we did not bring it to anyone’s attention since we were only around for a weekend and was able to keep the kids out of the bathroom when someone was inside. The AC also did not really cool off the room to my personal preference.

Upon my arrival at the hotel I was told that they weren't offering shuttle service which was frustrating as I was arriving from a long international flight and desperately wanted to leave the airport. I was told that due to the traffic at that hour there would be no one available to pick me up and that I'd have to wait 2 hours. It wasn't until I candidly expressed my frustration that I was finally told that someone would be there in 15 minutes. Also, the website promoted this hotel as "pet-friendly" and showed pictures of a nice courtyard yet my dog was not allowed there. Instead, I was told to walk him out in the parking lot or out in the street. If I would have known that, I would have gone to the hotel across the street that does have a nice property where dog's are allowed. Also, the hotel was under construction, which would have been nice to know; that's not really a pleasant sight when you just want to relax. And finally one of the towels was stained with blood; they look and felt clean but frankly it should have been thrown away. Overall my experience was nothing but below average. I will not be staying here every again!

Very close to the airport which was perfect for my 5am flight. Check in was a little chaotic no one was really sure what was going on, and I had to stand there for a while, but eventually got checked in, and it was clean!

Hotel was excellent! Stayed for just one night before my onward journey to Toronto. Very clean and facilities well maintained. Courteous staff. Shuttle driver was very helpful. I needed a beer but couldn’t get one to buy though. There should be a mini bar in the hotel at least. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place. Will come again

The free hotel shuttle wasn’t running at 9:30 pm when I landed. They didn’t disclose the deposit they put on your credit/debit card that takes 3-4 days to clear from your account. Or that they are under renovation. The front desk also accidentally linked my credit card to another person’s room and checked me into my room under there name. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are honestly so many better choices.

The hotel is filthy There was no refrigerator just an empty hole in a cabinet where there should have been a fridge The entire 3rd floor is under construction and there is drywall dust everywhere I wish I could submit pics to show you how bad this hotel is that you are promoting on your website I could have spent half and went to motel 6 or super 8 for the same experience Horrible Never again

We had a Suite the sofa bed had a huge brown liquid-like stain on the mattress there were spider webs in the corner of the room. The fridge did not work, the microwave was dirty, and the paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. There was no ice machine, but an ice bucket. Go figure Overall I will never stay there again!!!

If it weren’t for being so tired after a long flight, I would have complained and asked for a different room. The whole hotel just smelled bad and was so dirty. Room was definitely not cleaned and sanitized well.
