The hotel has nice look, and the staff that cleans the room are friendly . However it's run by a husband and wife team. Where the manager is the husband but the wife handles the clients without proper business etiquette when asked for the manager her reply is you can't because Im his wife. That statement is very unprofessional and brings down the vibe of the place with that type of associations.

You had violated multiple policies of the hotel. We had to evict you out due to mentally Challange person in the room. City of Houston Police came to the facility and evict the person out of the room. Do not penalize hotel by posting a bad review on your stay. If it is that bad why you reserve the room for more than 3 night.

Average economic quick stop.
Low cost, average services, ads said free breakfast but nothing more than boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, waffle and cookies, bit it is okay and we did not expect. Your own drinking water because they will charge you for that. Over all it is just an average economic facility for a quick stop.

Staff was very nice. I will stay again. My only complaints are: 1) the floor was slippery. 2) the room could use an update. Also I got nice fluffy towels.

The guy at check in was super nice. Property is pretty run down. Not technically dirty or unsafe. Towels were very thin and scratchy. Breakfast was pretty sparse and when they say it ends at 9:00am they’re serious. This place was fine in a pinch (our first choice overbooked and I had to scramble last minute) but I would choose elsewhere next time.

Worst hotel stay ever!!
Horrible room stains on walls and doors. Floors were tiles that were uneven and some were even painful to walk on without shoes. Website says soaking tubs and I am a larger sized person I couldn't take a bath in the tub we had. The blanket on the bed was thin and old it had several burn holes in it and was just not comfortable at all. I will never ever stay here ever again

At the particular day when you stayed at hotel we did not have downstairs smoking room Rm 108 was the only downstairs smoking room we had in inventory other rooms were occupied. $58 or a decent room with a stove to cook on? I really wish I would have found this months ago. Clean inside and close to many eating places. Will definitely be back.

It was a terrible experience. The room was nasty. The door was broken as if someone busted the door open. The room smelled like mode. All over the worse hotel I ever stayed in. I did not stay and spoke to the front desk clerk to address my issues and he was rude and unprofessional. I checked out of the hotel after only being there for twenty minutes. I paid for my room and the clerk refused to refund me my money back. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was sent to this hotel by expedia after a very disappointing experience at Fairfield. The hotel was dirty. We managed to sleep but noise made it very hard. We were to stay two night but ended up leaving after one night when we found what appeared to be blood stains on the bed sheets. I was expecting customer service to provide something better after contacting them but ended up here.
