“A great stop for the grandchildren”

It was a nice place for the family to go to get away. Very relaxing, although the beds were a little hard. Bedding was clean, and there was plenty of linens.

“Great Place to Stay”

The hotel was great, clean and the service was great. All of our business was on this side of Houston. I was using this hotel to check out the Tempur Pedic mattresses. I was able to get a room, thanks to the General manager, with this specific mattress.

“Full dollar service at low dollar suite hotel”

This hotel was wonderful. In fact, the staff was so accommodating that we wish we had more reasons to stay in the Houston Hobby area! It was quiet, reasonably priced, and the shuttle driver took us all to a wonderful restaurant that the front desk recommended, not to mention taking a few of us to Wal-Mart Sunday morning to grab a few things we forgot to pack. What a nice perk that is to offer, all for free. The rooms were clean and large enough to house the whole family, and breakfast was bountiful and tasted good. There was meat and cheese and not just cereal and toast. We liked having so many choices. They even have a "Texas"-shaped waffle iron that was really cool! The kids loved it! This hotel is super friendly and they are willing to allow early check-ins and late check-outs if needed due to meeting schedules and/or flight schedules. hey offer free wireless internet which works well. They also havea computer with a free printer attached for boarding passes, etc. The work-out room is clean and nice. The pool is outside, so it was cold, but it looked good. They made us feel like important guests, and the personal touches were so preferable to the typical high-brow hotel attitude I experience so often. My only lower than 5 score was because I like a soft bed, and their memory foam beds and bedding were not as cuddly as I like.

“A Very Pleasant Stay”

We stayed three nights at the Springhill Suites Hobby over Labor Day weekend, and we enjoyed out stay thoroughly. The free continental breakfast was among the best we have ever seen, with a wide variety of cold and hot foods. My wife wants to know where she can get one of their Belgian waffle griddles that was in the shape of the State of Texas! The thing that most impressed us about our room was its quietness - Being near a major airport, we were worried about being kept up at night by the sound of incoming planes, but we did not hear even one plane over the entire three nights, and we also heard absolutely no noise at all from the adjoining rooms next to us and above us even though the hotel was full with groups of young people during our entire stay, and we were located right next to the pool directly outside of our room. This hotel must have been constructed with really good soundproofing materials! A free computer with Internet is provided for the use of guests, beds were very comfortable, and there is a conveniently located food shop right next to the front desk with snacks available 24/7. Staff was very pleasant, friendly, and accomodating - Can't ask any more from a hotel than what we experienced!

“Most Friendly Hotel”

This hotel was really great! The man at the front desk was so nice!!! He recommended great restaurants and always talked to us. He even packed us some goodies for our flight! The hotel was clean and I liked the layout of the rooms. It was in a good location, so we could get everywhere easily. Also, the hotel bus will drive you to restaurants or to the airport for free. The only thing that I did not like was that it is not in the best area of town, but we did not have any problems. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, just don't leave things in your car in the parking lot.

“clean, comfortable hotel”

We had terrific service at this hotel. It was very clean, with a nice decor. The hotel shuttle took us to dinner and picked us up. Then the hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport at 4:30 am because their shuttle driver wasn't there that early. The taxi was paid for by the hotel!

“Great hotel”

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. Front Desk was very helpful. I got a courtesy call when I checked in to make sure the room was in order. That was the first time that that has happened to me before. Housekeeping was great. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of selection, whether I wanted a hot or cold breakfast, it had something for everyone. The rooms were roomy and clean. I liked the free wi-fi and refrigerator. The fitness room is small with 2 treadmills and an elliptical and some free weights, but you can get your cardio and weigh training done with no problem. Everything was wonderful; I would stay there again.
