This inviting 4BR home in the heart of The Woodlands is perfectly situated for your visit. The home sits on a 7500 sq foot property on a quiet tree lined neighborhood with walking trails everywhere. There is even a small lake that’s a 10 min stroll from the front door of the house!

A modern kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances has plenty of counter space for cooking, a breakfast bar, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. Large, recently remodeled master bath with lots of light, soaking tub and connected to a very large walk-in closet.

The master BR and the two main living areas each have large screen TVs with Amazon Fire Stick for Smart TV access for viewing your favorite streaming channels like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. WiFi is complimentary with excellent connectivity and speed. Full sized washing machine and dryer in the house. New AC units were recently installed to ensure you stay cool in during our warm summers.

The spacious backyard has a newly rebuilt deck with a pergola that backs up to a green belt, so all green and beautiful outside the back door. The backyard is fully gated and feels very secluded. Finally, in case you own a Tesla, there is a 220 port in the garage for home charging!

We will stay here again! George, the owner, was very responsive. The beds were comfortable, beds, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. House had a nice layout and we had family over for an Easter dinner and house was comfortable. Host and house are top notch!

Absolutely perfect!
What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The house was exactly as pictured & described. Highlights: soft linens, comfortable beds & furniture, plentiful & blankets, coffee, and phone chargers - really made us feel at home. The back deck, complete with lights strung from the pergola, was a great place to gather and enjoy each other's company. If you aren't familiar with the Woodlands, there are miles of wooded trails with ponds and playgrounds. Our host responded almost immediately to every message and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to be back for our next family graduation!

Perfect location for our son’s wedding at the Woodlands Country Club. This property was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood tucked among the trees. Clean and spacious. Great Family Visit
We stayed here during our spring break while in town to visit family. The floor plan is ideal for privacy for guests to have some separation, yet it is all on one level which was necessary for my father. Lovely setting for neighborhood walks with Reedy pond and amenities nearby.

Very Nice House in The Woodlands
The house is roomy and very clean. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking which was very helpful as I could prepare my part of our family's Thanksgiving dinner. There is both a regular coffee maker and Keurig which was great for our coffee drinking family. The t-v's are excellent so we could have two football games going at the same time! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Cozy House in the Woodlands
We rented this house in the Woodlands for our family during my daughter’s wedding weekend. It was probably one of the best houses we’ve stayed in off VRBO. We walked in and it smelled and looked very clean. It was sooo much better than a hotel, especially during Covid. It had everything we needed. I texted the owner for the email code so my college age son could take a test. The owner texted back in about a minute! The WiFi was great and there were no problems. In some of our down time we took some walks on the trails in the neighborhood. It was so relaxing. Thank you so much!

Texas charm with lots of space to welcome friends
The home was spacious for gathering and eating and we loved being able to have our son and his young family there for meals and social time.
