Great stay!

I really enjoyed my experience at Wyndam. It was clearly a business hotel, but also had a few things that would appeal to families. The facilities were super clean and very welcoming. The only complaint I have is that there was no mini fridge in the rooms. My stay was a week long, so it was a little inconvenient not being able to store drinks and food. The staff was great!! The beds were super comfy! The rooms were very clean and the staff did a great job keeping it neat everyday. I will stay again anytime I'm in the Houston area. It was central to everything!

Nice hotel, closer to my family in Huston

Bad customer service

Not sure if its because we booked through Expedia or if we just have bad luck, but our room was right next to the elevators. All night we heard the dinging and the elevators moving. The elevators moving wasn't nearly as annoying as the dinging. We have stayed near elevators in other hotels before but they usually turn the ding off after 10pm. We also ended up having drunk loud neighbors. When I called the front desk to complain about the noise, I received no apologies. Even after letting them know our neighbors had woken our 4 year old multiple times. I finally heard their phone ring 20min later and they quieted down a bit. Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service. We never received the warm welcome I have become accustomed to while staying at other hotels.

Nice hotel for the price

Nice clean hotel I would stay next time the only issue we had we got late and all the parking spots was taken we had to park away from the hotel wasn't convenient for the kids ...

Although the cable channels weren't great (we couldn't watch the Rockets even though they have Direct TV), the hotel is really nice and peaceful.

Lousy Housekeeping

Pros: Front desk staff was friendly.. good location.. nice rooms..
Cons: Housekeeping!!!! plus, need refrigerator and safe for rooms

Housekeeping did not clean our room while we were gone.. Dirty towels were left on the floor and in the bathtub. The beds were unmade. Cups for the bathroom and for the coffee machine were not replenished. Apparently, they brought new towels, but forgot the floor mat to stand on outside the tub. They placed the towels on the bathroom vanity and did not hang them in the appropriate place.. I went down to the front desk to file a complaint..

Let's just say the worst is finding hair all over the room that was suppose to be cleaned. Found the two complimentary water bottles opened and when asked house keeping was told they were new. Found hair in the shower and the bed. Hair was black. Neither in party had black hair. Tried to discuss the issues at checkout and the guy up front passed it off as it was no big deal. Have always stayed at Wyndham hotels and this was by far the worst. I will think twice before staying again.

I liked the hotel I just don't like that the rooms don't have a microwave or refrigerator ! No where in the hotel does. So consider that before boking.

Good facility and good stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. There were good accommodations, however one of the sheets had a stain.
