Great place
Love my room! It was set up amazingly. The jetted tub was wonderful. I really love the set up of the room. The couch, bed, tv, kitchen area, bathroom. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The little imperfections don’t bother me. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. The only complaint I have is the tv kept losing sound. We didn’t notice this till the next morning so I didn’t request a new one. The staff was amazing. From check in to breakfast. There was always someone wiping the counters during breakfast and making sure everything was stocked. Hot fresh eggs and sausage with all the pastries. Coffee and 6 different juices plus 3 kinds of milk.

The door we walked in to get to the elevator had an ice machine that has obviously been leaking for a long time because you could smell the mold. It wqs sickening. The bathroom in our room had holes in the bottom of the wall that were being covered by wallpaper. The carpets were gross throughout the hotel. Not a clean or updated hotel at all.

Reservations made and paid for, no room available
We made a reservation and the website took our money, but when we tried to check in, there was no room available. Hotels.com also did this to another couple who were in the lobby at the same time. Hotels.com takes 7-10 business days to process a refund. This is ridiculous.

The room was okay, breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly, but the pool was murky and we didn't feel comfortable swimming in it. The hotel is clearly under renovation. You can tell that it was pretty run down, but they're trying to improve things.

I had the executive suite with hot tub. I was going to use hot tub but it was dirty. I discovered that after work at 3 am. So no hot tub. I chokse that room specifically for that. I mean everything else was good except for dirty hot tub smh. I really wanted the hot tub.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I don’t know if this place is being remodeled or what, but it was disgusting. There was a dirt path from the side door to the elevator, the room we had (third floor) smelled like it hadn’t been aired out since the 50’s and smelled like super stale cigarettes. Super unclean, all of the floors looked like they needed a good vacuum. The woman at check in was very nice and welcoming, that was the only good thing about our stay.

The building was not clean. The elevator was broken. Half of the lights did not work. Half of the jacazzi jets did not work. The headrests on the jacuzzi were falling off.

We got to the property at 2:45pm with a 3:00pm check in. The entry door was very dirty, the lobby looked like it has not been vacuumed in weeks. One girl at the desk with 4 other people waiting to check in. They would not let you check in 15 minutes early. A young boy came to the desk looked like he just woke up he took over the young girl disappeared. Finally got checked in about 3:45. Pool was broke. Food in our fridge.Room was falling apart needed up dating . The whole hotel needed up dates. The breakfast was horrible eggs were cold , sausage was white, empty counters, fruit was old, coffee, milk,danish,bagels, bread , waffles, napkins and more. One desk worker , 2 lady’s cleaning is all I witnessed on our 24 hour stay. The next morning they could not even start their cleaning because there was no clean linens. TERRIBLE PLACE. SO BAD.

This hotel was not clean. The elevator was filthy for both of the days that we stayed here. No one ever vacuumed it. Our room did not get cleaned at all over the 2 days, and we never got clean towels. I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs major work and cleaning.

Bedroom dirty, the safety lock was broken, the bathroom door didn’t have the lock, we changed bedroom and the second bedroom had the same problems! The only thing that was good was the manager and the receptionist! I found rotten a lime beside my bed!

Was affordable and staff was great. Not the motels Fault but AT&T cell service very marginal. WIF was really terrible and keep dropping out. Signal was weak and really slow. Took news pages a long time to load.

The staff was awesome, friendly helpful and just so nice to deal with. The place was clean and the little outside are was so nice to have a place to sit and enjoy. It wasn’t fancy but it was clean and nice and again the staff!!!

The property was gross. Smelled of cigarette smoke, burn holes in the sheets, looked like nothing in the halls was cleaned. Nobody was at the front desk and I waited 10 mins. Score calling the hotel to get assistance. Overall not a great experience

The rooms we were assigned were already occupied. Then one of the new rooms was not made up and dirty. The staff, however, were kind and helpful, did ultimately get us into two clean rooms and comped one of the rooms. Property is aging and needs attention, but rooms were clean and acceptable. Staff was stellar!

My room was nothing like the picture on your website. Reserved a king suite and your picture on your website was that of an executive king suite. The jets in the spa tub didn’t work and there was no working ice machine. I spoke to the manager Amanda about the confusion with the room. She’s expecting an email from Hotels.com about your website.
