Quiet, comfortable hotel, not crowdedPosted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: Friendly, informal welcoming staff who couldn't do enough to make the holiday a success.
Cons: The breakfast facilities were stretched on occasion with queues forming a few times. Restaurant manager quite surly.
As a family hotel this is hard to beat. There is a lot of pool area in which to swim without being jostled for space. The sea is also adjacent with shallow, warm water. Facilities are good and the rooms very comfortable. Restaurants are high quality but breakfast facilities are becoming stretched.

Would go somewhere else next timePosted Dec 23, 2013
The hotel was quite nice but all facilities are chargeable and not cheap! Even food and drinks are expensive. Hotel is also quite far from town centre and when we were there the beach was not existent... Maybe three days of high tide or maybe always like that. All in all quite disappointed.

Room & HotelPosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: Layout and how the whole facility was taken care of.
Cons: Enclose the balcony and enlarge the room
Location: Location was good. Service to Hua Hin needs to be with later hours and free.
The staff at the hotel was excellent except for one food service worker who had an attitude. The room was too small as there is no place to put a second suitcase and no chest of drawers to put clothes for an extended stay. Television choices were poor compared to many other hotels in Hua Hin (been there many, many times). Had to use the only chair in the room as a second suitcase holder and used an ironing board as a table and sitting on the bed. Breakfast was excellent; however, with the price of the room it should have been included. Hotel was beautiful.

Fantastic Hotel by the SeaPosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: The whole hotel and pool area
Cons: More selection of food in the evening
Location: Great location. A huge shopping mall near by, a fantastic golf club for you golfing people. The Royal Palace is near too.
A fantastic Hotel by the sea. The swimming pool is fantastic it looks like your in the jungle when you swim around with loads of trees and plants. The Hotel staff work really hard. Fantastic breakfast every morning you could get English, Thai, Chinese, Japanese food. The hotel could do with more entrainment in the evening (even though this is their winter) there were still a lot of people in the hotel.
