It delivered and then some! We had a great time enjoying the outdoors like we exected right on the river, but we even had fun indoors with the pool table, basketball, etc. For a family of seven, having more than enough beds for each of us is a luxury we don't often get! When we arrived, everything was nice, neat, clean, and tidy. My duck-loving son especially loved the decor—decorated just as you'd expect a duck-hunting cabin to look like. Our suitcases and a few bags of groceries were all we needed to make this place our home away from home. Definitely marking this as a favorite. "
