The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The worst staff, rudest employees, food is awful and had food poising after the first breakfast experience, they wanted to charge 200 LE because we couldn’t locate beach towel keycard. I had to sleep both nights out of the hotel cause I couldn’t feel safe. I would love to receive my money back for this awful experience

The front desk wasn’t friendly I was more than 24 hours without hot water I requested king or queen size bed I got two twins
Very nice hotel. Clean and close to the city if you want to shop around. The only draw back is some of the staff don't have a clue when it comes to treating people right espically around checking in at a restraunt even when you wearing the right color band, so many questions asked in a very rude way espcially if you look egyptian which is really sad. Attitude sucks big time. Policy should be ask all or ask no one. In the other hand some staff are wonderful.

The staff at this hotel treated non-Egyptian tourists better than the Egyptian tourists. On the first day I waited a long time until I got to the room and after my insistence because I was tired of traveling
I also got a room that does not have a view of the sea, garden or swimming pool, as well as bar workers who hide private and natural drinks and canned for foreigners only, as well as alcoholic beverages
I got a room with no sea view, swimming pool or garden and no music inside the hotel
No recreational activities in the swimming pool or musical activities
The management of the hotel is very well handled and the hospitality of foreigners is not only Egyptian
I felt racial discrimination inside this hotel because of the lack of interest in my employees

an average hotel super nice staff
hotel very clean...amazing staff very friendly and helpful....the food at the main buffet was not special...very basic/average....but the separate restaurants are different, I mean we've tried the Oriental bistro was totally amazing.
The beach is very shallow, u need to walk about a one kilo/more before the water level reaches your waist/or to dive...very windy area which lessens the heat effect.
The gardens are super beautiful and well taken care of also the swimming pools....overall stay was very pleasant...could have been even better if the food was good.

first day of eid was ok
second day we had lot of power failures more than 20 times they stopped elevators seafood on this day was very bad i guess fish was spoiled since refrigerators were not working.
Generator was not working it was complete darkness. i guess hotel was overloaded during eid vacation.
gym was very hot since A/c was not working we could not use it.
Spa and sauna were extra charges.

Stayed for 3 nights it was great value for the money. Ideal for daily and quite time. The food was acceptable but not tasty. Meals at the restaurants were small portions could improve taste. Overall I'm a satisfied customer for the price I paid can't complain but the mosquitoes were a big problem so bring replenents.

It was not bad . Animation team not good and very lazy and take care only by German people . Some person's which they works at bars can not know how to treat people.there were alot of antennas for Mobile's and communication at the main building of hotel and I think it is not good for health

Alt for støjende - ingen mulighed for afslapning uden støj - Køleskabet brød ned - Låsen på døren skulle skiftes - bordet på terrassen skulle skiftes og inventaret bar præg af nedslidning - og jeg fik ikke det bestilte værelser med udsigt til Bjergene - Men i stedet et værelse midt i resortet - uden beregning, som de sagde - men egentlig burde jeg have pengene tilbage. Det var "central station during rushhour" og lidt til. Støj døgnet rundt - næsten.
Wunderschöner Garten, bestes Personal mit dem wir es je zu tun hatten, leider nur 2 deutsche TV Programme, die auch nur im 30 Sekundentakt empfangbar waren. Leider wechselte am Ende die Klientel auf RUS, einige Männer waren leider sehr aufdringlich und dauerbetrunken, dafür kann das Personal nichts.
Ein schönes Hotel mit fünf Restaurants. Vor allem das 007-Fisch-Restaurant ist sehr super. Bitte nicht in der Apotheke neben dem Hotel einkaufen. Die verlangen das 20-fache der normalen Apotheke in Hurghada.
Hyvät ja tuoreet ruuat. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja kielitaitoisia. Baarimestarit ammattitaitoisia. Ohjelmaa kaikille ml. Lapset rannalla ja hotellilla. Hotellin kaupat myy myös huonoa feikkitavaraa. Kannattaa tinkiä erikseen myytävistä matkoista.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen, origineller Poollandschaften..... duftenden Blumen.... fröhlichen Angestellten....
Es wäre toll, wenn die Aegyptischen Handwerker bei uns lernen könnten, wie man schöne Silikonfugen in den Bädern und Hamams ziehen könnten.... das ist immer schade, um das ansonsten schöne Bad.

suite de points a améliorer. la salle de douche, l'eau ne va pas dans l'écoulement, mais jusqu'à la chambre, elle est parfaitement sécurisée avec plusieurs poignées. La solution poser une baignoire d'angle. Mettre des mains courantes partout aux escaliers.
piscine consolider les échelles y entrer ce n'est pas évident pour une personne handicapée.la main courant pour sortir de la piscine et 1 mètre trop courte. A améliorer la qualité des buffets du déjeuner et du dîner. Cuisine trop allemande, trop de sauce. Petit déjeuner absolument parfait.
très bon accueil par le directeur qui est le seul a parler français. bon accueil également à la réception et des bagagistes.

Gezien de prijs een prima hotel.

Kamers zijn netjes en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Diverse winkeltjes aanwezig in het hotel.
Hotel ligt wel 30 min van het centrum af.
Eten is echt iedere dag hetzelfde. Zowel bij het lopend buffet als bij de a la cart restaurants.
Wel fijn dat ze 1 zwembad hebben waar voor 16:00 uur geen kinderen onder de 16 jaar mogen zwemmen "non-active-pool". Strand is prima, zee de eerste meters ondiep. Leuke strandbar.
Entertainment is oké.
Gezien de prijs een leuk hotel. Ik zal ook zeker een keer terugkomen.
Camera prenotata tramite voi non c'era , ci avevano riservato una camera con due letti singoli e noi siamo in quattro persone (due adulti e due ragazzi)... hanno voluto un più soldi x avere 3 letti singoli più un sofà bed , che non sarebbe altro che un materasso sopra una specie di divano. Il personale ci ha negato dei servizi riservati ai clienti europei a trattamento All-inclusive , oltre ad aver ricevuto degli insulti da un portinaio , che non voleva aprirci al nostro rientro in hotel.... scadente nell'igiene degli ambienti.... Abbiamo chiamato l'ufficio turistico per mediare alla situazione... ESPERIENZA DISGUSTOSA ... MAI PIU , NE EXPEDIA NE MOVIE GATE . Cortesemente contattatemi per essere informati ulteriormente , in quanto vi sono eventi che non posso per motivi di sicurezza personale essere scritti in una recensione...

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Movie Gate war sehr angenehm und Erholsam. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer einen Partyurlaub sucht ist hier nicht richtig. Der einzige wirkliche Minuspunkt für mich ist das sehr weit flach abfallende Meer. Alles in allem war ich jedoch sehr zufrieden.

vrij rustig resort vlakbij zee
rustig gelegen, mooie tuinen, en propere accomodaties rond zwembaden,,,spijtig dat eenmaal paar meter buiten de omgeving vuil ,en afval van vissers op strand ,,,olievaten ,verfblikken,
keuken was spijtig genoeg vooral duits gericht!!!kan veel beter ,eentonig ,ook geen fruit (ananas bv!) aan buffet

Hotelli kaukana kaikesta
Hotellissa lähinnä saksalaisia ja paikallisia turisteja. All inclusive ei toteutunut niiltä osin että pullovedestä olisi pitänyt maksaa ja aulan tallelokerosta olisi kuulunut maksaa. Huoneen jääkaapissa saapuessamme vesipullot, sen jälkeen oma vesikannu oli täytettävä käytävällä olevasta vesiautomaatista. Henkilökunnan ylenmääräinen "ystävällisyys" (joka tarkoittaa että olisi pitänyt tipata enemmän) oli joinain päivinä jopa rasittavaa. Respassa valitettavasti yksi vanhempi herra oli erittäin epäystävällinen. Ala carte ravintolat joita mainostettiin eivät olleet sitten kuitenkaan ainakaan kaikki auki. Vaikka tilasit paikan ala cartesta sinut ohjattiin kuitenkin joko pizzeriaan tai lounasravintolaan.
