بالنسبة للفئة السعرية القرية جيدة لكن المشكلة المسافات الطويلة التي تمشيها أما بالنسبة للانيميشن كان جيد جداً وشكر خاص للشيف حمادة الشخصية الخلوقة لكل ما يقدمه من خدمات للجميع مما جعل الإقامة اجمل

the resort is extremely old in terms of furniture, equipment. Food is an awfully bad and very small amount and no varieties at all. Also, they used the leftovers from the lunch to be served at dinner

The property is nice not luxurious, they need to upgrade the first floor. Ask for the updated rooms. We had fun as a family with kids. I want to thank Mr. Haitham, very nice and helpful person.

The worest hotel every , do not go there , very rude stuff , not clean at all , room not clean , food is not clean bad smell in restaurant and bar , all Coffe machines is not working in hotel , beach not clean water is green in pool , aqua park is broken very danger , hotel staff very rude and not respecting customer , check in took 5 hours waiting . Shuttle bus always late and you have to walk long distance in sun to go to beach or aqua park , we had a very bad experience there DO NOT GO THERE EVER

Hotel is OK but I got trouble during check in , Hotel not helpful but Expedia support help me till issue solved at end of first day with involve of Hotel management. Hotel facilities is very good , Hotel is big and 2 aqua park and they working.

It’s run down, under construction and staff are rude. Food is beyond terrible, alcohol is rationed (non premium) and runs out. Ice cream for kids is available in one place in the resort, once a day, and is rationed. Rooms are basic and unclean. I have literally no idea how this is billed as a 4/5 star.

Undermåligt
Rysktalande hotel med större del ryssar som trängdes i kön och betedde sig som barn. Vi talar primärt svenska och engelska som andra språk. Receptionen förstod inte alltid engelska. De talar arabiska och ryska. I all inklusive ingick mestadels buffe som mestadels inte var bra tillagad. Antingen för lite tillagad och lite rått eller överkokt. Gissningsvis återanvänd mat som var överkokt. Gick vi på restaurang price Omar eller kinesiska som ingick 1ggr i veckan var standarden ok men inte à la carte standard. Mer snittet på en lunchrestaurang. Engelsktalande tv-kanalen försvann efter ett tag och trots detta påtalades till receptionen vid 5 olika tillfällen under 3 dagar åtgärdades detta inte. Halva vattenlandet var stängt. Renovering på fastigheter pågick. Hur detta fått betyg 4-5 stjärnor är obegripligt för oss. Kall pool. Men det positiva; Nära privat strand & enstaka personer som var trevliga och tillmötesgående. Bra städning av rummen som utfördes regelbundet. /Par i åldern 35-38år

Det kunne være så godt men nu er det faktisk skidt
Slidt og forfaldent. Urene pools og fliser falder af menS man bader. Meget urent og skåret porcelæn i hoved restaurant. Mad mellem "rene" tallerkner. Meget venlig chauffør og manager, men barmand ved strand restaurant er uforskammet, ligeglad og kan ikke tælle til 5 på en god dag. Drikker selv fra baren før gæster kan få. Køkken på værelse ulækkert og alt udstyr stod i vasketøjs kurv. Håndtag faldt af 2 døre. Aircond lækker og køleskab skal man selv af ise hvis det skal bruges. Strand med mange sten men lækker. God placering men for mange mennesker og trænger til renovering i stor stil.

اجمالى التجربة و الرحلة مقبولة وكانت رائعة والعائلة كانت سعيدة الاكوا بارك و مذاق الطعام رائع و موظفوا الريسبشن رائعين جدا و مهذبين ،،،، ولكن توجد بعض السلبيات المهمة ارجو من إدارة الفندق الانتباه لكى يرتقوا بمستوى الفندق -1-لا توجد وسيلة للتوصيل داخل القرية ممكن طفطف او باص او جولف كار 2- تنوع الطعام 3-صيانة الغرف
