The elevators were unserviceable and in two days no one had fixed them. There was no maid service. This is the first time I had ever heard of that the trash in the room had to be carried out on checking out. Smoking in the no-smoking room was very obvious.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this hotel. The conditions were subpar with roaches, unclean sheets, a sketchy atmosphere outside, a dirty remote, and visible damage to the room, to include holes punched in the bathroom door (I have pictures). I’ve never had a place ask me do I want to see a room prior to receiving a key… I felt unsafe and left. Despite my concerns, the management was unhelpful in providing a refund. My experience was disappointing and not what I expected after traveling from so far.

This place is awesome 👍
This is a really great hotel. If you're looking to stay just a few days or a few weeks, the staff makes it simple and easy to extend your stay. The prices can't be beat, and the rooms are really nice as well. All of the staff are friendly and kind. It's a really great atmosphere also plenty of food places nearby.

I didn’t stay in the room. Checked In and walked out. The hotel had no water so it was unsafe to use. No water to use the bathrooms.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed, cleanliness should be top priority in this place. As soon my partner and I walked into the elevator the smell and humidity is awful. Walking out of the elevator I felt like throwing up because of the smell on the hallway. I was expecting at least the room to be better and clean but was not even worse. We couldn’t even breathe properly. This hotel need a good upgrade not a safety environment to stay.

I was uncomfortable. Smell weed in the hallway and elevator. The bathroom was not clean and I had to kill 4 roaches. The staff was good and professional.

The building and environment look good the front desk guy was helpful HOWEVER the room was so stuffy I felt I was going to choke to death with cigarette smoke the room stinks no fresh air. I DO NOT SMOKE i came to the hotel healthy I left sneezing and coughing.

Killed a roach in the bathroom. Smells like weed. But convenient walk to FedEx field and super nice staff. No ice (ice trays in freezer but they're empty) and vending machines were broken. Bed was not comfy and 1 pillow per person. Worked for the one night we needed to sleep before leaving at 5am. Best part was Ashley at the front desk who was able to check us in promptly and give us advice on where to eat before the game. If you aren't going for the game, it's not worth it. If you are, the location can't be beat. It was maybe a 20 minute walk.

Not a great experience
Immediately on entering lobby, there was strong smell of marijuana; stayed in elevator and into hallway of floor we stayed on. Found cut out hearts and fake flower petals on floor in several areas in room - left from previous occupants(?). Front desk wanted to charge $10 for clean sheets for us to put on the bed ourselves. The only reason for 2 instead of 1 star is the bed was comfortable and the hotel was close to where we were going.

Not sure if I will ever return.
When checking in my bill was $10 more than what I reserved it for due to an extra linens charge that I did not ask for and had it taken off. Also, I slept terribly due to the fact that a new mattress was desperately needed. I had to sleep at the bottom of the bed which really didn't help much either. I also had to kill a stink bug. I left after a whole weeks stay of not getting any quality sleep, otherwise it would have been a nice stay.

Miserable
1st of all from the lobby to my room there was a smell of Marijuana. In my room there was residue in a corner of a dog. The remote would not work and management said the hotel was full, so I couldn't change rooms. Iwas miserable and it seems there was a lot of loitering in the lobby.

Was very late when I checked in, had 3 roaches in the room but once i got rid of them I as able to rest, water gets hot and fridge is quite. Price was modest, Don’t know if I would repeat .

Check in was awesome. Got to the floor where my room was. And it smelled like nothing but cat litter. The smell was super strong as soon as you come off the elevator the smell hits your nose. The room only has 2 pillows which was very thin. The best part was checking in and leaving this morning.
