If you’re looking for a cheap and nice place to stay definitely come here. It’s affordable, the breakfast buffets is very nice with a mixture of everything. The hotel is very close to the airport literally about 15 minutes in the cab and it only cost about 20£ so a good price if you’re splitting it. The hotel is close to the beach, and near the shops and restaurants if you want to roam around.

Good hotel to stay a couple of days. Pool was cold (April). Not enough umbrellas on the pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of options. Room conditions wasn’t good. Uncomfortable beds. Cleaning service wasn’t good. We didn’t had shampoo refilled and hair dryer wasn’t working. No drinking water. No coffee or tea in the room. Small TV. Smelly room. Otherwise good hotel. It is not enough stuff in the hotel and sometimes you are waiting very long in the reception desk or if you need something. Pool towels only for 20 euro cash deposit what we doesn’t like it

In spite of everything we tried our best during your stay.Unfortunatly, the hair dryer stop working during the night and the reception team open you a room where you was able to blow up your hair.Furthermore we'll bring you a kettlebell for your convenience. Regarding to the 20 cash deposit, is just for security reasons because of sometimes towels get lost on the beach. The deposit is always refund to the guest.Best Regards.

Staff on reception and at breakfast in the morning were fantastic! There was an excellent selection of breakfast options served between 8 and 10am. It would be nice to have breakfast option a little bit earlier in the morning as we wanted to get up and go, but otherwise we were really happy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but a busy road outside our room, nothing that ear plugs can't block out though.

Great hotel in a good spot
Nice, clean hotel within 10 mins walk to the egg roundabout, and around 15 mins to the Bay and Mambos. Stayed in November so season was closed, hotel allowed us to check in early and called us taxis when required. Will stay again.

Lovely and friendly staff, great welcome! Clean and spacious room especially as there were 4 adults! Pool was great size and the lovely gent assisting us all to get sun beds was fab! Only issue we had was that the shower didn’t drain the water away very well and therefore the whole bathroom floor soon became flooded but we were only there one night so not an issue Would stay again

Really great property and excellent location walking distance to san Antonio Bay. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch and had a great variety. The room I booked was a standard but I think we got a nearly refurbished was lovely and just what we needed for a short break. The only thing was the air con we left it on all night but just wasn’t very cold we were still boiling. But overall I would recommend and I would return. Thank you

Great hotel, shame about aircon!
The hotel itself is great. Staff were friendly, nice big pool area with plenty of sunbeds. A nice pool bar which served good food. The only downside was the air con, or lack of, we stayed for 1 night on our arrival to Ibiza and the air con did eventually start getting cool, we also stayed here on our last night in a supposedly suite but wasn't much different from our first night and the AC wasn't working! In that heat you need air con. It was blowing out slightly cold air but it never filled the room so trying to get ready and sleep was a nightmare. A shame as we probably wouldn't stay again. But the rest of the facilities are spot on.

Hello CarolineThank you for your comments. The truth is that we have had a very hot summer, with temperatures not very typical for summer. We have all suffered from it. We are really sorry. The air did work, but it could not cope with the high temperatures. In Ibiza there is a high degree of humidity, so the thermal sensation is even higher. The best staff!
The nicest staff as per, second time staying here as we love it! Only thing was that the air con in the room wasn’t great. We were only there 3 nights though so didn’t mention it.

Clean, cool, modern hotel. Beds are very comfortable, great blackout curtains and a decent shower. The only flaw is that sound gets in the rooms easily, particularly every morning the noise of cleaners moving chairs, it woke me up every day at around 9AM which after getting to bed at 4am is not so pleasant. So if you are a late party person I’d take ear plugs! If the hotel put felt felt pads on the furniture this would solve this!

Value for money
Check in was easy, staff were mostly lovely (the life guard was always rude and ensured not a single rule was broken, even to the point of not allowing inflatables) Maids did a fantastic job everyday. Breakfast was standard 3* buffet style. Good hotel if you want to be near the sea front and partylife but not right in it! It’s only a 5 minute walk away. When at the pool, I did fall through the decking as it wasn’t in the best repair and the hotel is quite dated. Also the toilet chain broke on the first day. You just get what you pay for. Despite the downsides, I would probably stay here again for ease.

I have stayed here twice and both times have been great. Apart from the fact I got up at half 4 one day gasping for water and had to fester around the reception like a mouse searching for the vending machine (it’s hidden behind reception btw). The sunbeds are uncomfortable but apart from that it’s a great hotel with good breakfast and nice rooms :)

Great hotel, friendly staff who allowed us to move rooms away from the busy road. Room was large and clean with nice bathroom/shower. Breakfast buffet was great with a few items varied each day. Pool area was nice and plenty of sun beds (Sept), Balinese days beds (as in the Expedia photos) by the pool have to be hired at 50 Euro a day, seemed a bit pointless as nobody used them the whole time we were there.

Lovely couples hotel
Hotel was in a great location. Beach and San Antonio town were easily accessible by foot. Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Good size but small tv with lack of English speaking channels. Bathroom was good size with plenty of towels and toiletries. Pool was lovely and plenty of sun loungers, the life guard always made an effort to move loungers to accommodate groups or couples. Supermarket next door was super handy and reasonably priced.

The hotel was clean and the pool area and bar were really nice. The room looked as though it had been refurbed fairly recently, except the shower! We had a good stay and our only real issue was that the air con was fairly inefficient in both of the rooms we had (not ideal in August). Staff were very friendly and calm when all the numptys came in a little worse for wear!

Lovely pool area with plenty of sun and more than enough sun beds. Good quiet location but close enough to walk to all of the action. A perfect base for a fab few days in Ibiza

Second time staying at this hotel. 20 minute taxi transfer from airport roughly €30. Staff excellent. Breakfast great. We ate and drank in the bar. Reasonably priced and lovely food. Pool area was so quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. Only negative was the pool itself was cordoned off , which was a shame as the temperatures were 20+ degrees so could've done with a dip during the day to cool off. I hadn't noticed in any of the literature that the pool was unavailable but I may have overlooked it as we like the hotel so much anyway. Great restaurant 5 minute walk away called Pau Natural. Food amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very good for families and sunshine holidays but we weren't really looking for that. It was in a good position to pop into town but also to drive around the island.
