Quite cabin in the trees
This location in great location and is close to town. There a creek across the street that can be hear when your sitting on the front porch.

Amazing Cabin
My daughter and I had the best week ever! We only wish we could have stayed two weeks. We were so sad leaving but made so many great memories. The location was perfect and there were so many fun things to do and so many adventures. We will be back for sure! Our hosts are amazing and we can’t wait to book again! This time we will stay longer.

Cabin was super nice and very clean. Beds comfortable and ample pillows & blankets. Good supply of shampoos, conditioners, body soaps. Most comfortable VRBO we’ve experienced. Austin was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Quick to respond and gave lots of area suggestions. If we come back, would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you Austin!

Clean private mountain Cabin
Great little gem hidden a couple of miles from Idaho Springs. Far enough away that you don't have to deal with neighbors, but close enough to town that you can hit all the little attractions.

Colorado Wedding Weekend
The cabin was in the best location for our trip! It was pretty much away from all other places. We could see one other cabin but that was it. Gorgeous Aspen trees right off the front porch and you can listen to the water running across the street. It's down the road from the most amazing views of Mt. Evans and many others off the road! Short drive to Denver and St. Mary's Glacier. We had a wedding Sunday night at the Blackstone Ranch and it was literally 4-5 min drive if even! The house was great. It did get a little warm upstairs as we were getting ready but there was a fan and I have a travel fan. the kitchen was great with plenty of room to eat at a table and or work on a laptop. The bathroom was a nice size too. It was a lovely cabin and I would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Traveler's Mountain Retreat! The owners were very responsive and were extremely accommodating. We had some vendors for our wedding run late to the house which caused us to go over our check out time and they were extremely understanding and wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to be in the Idaho Springs area and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful updated mountain cabin!
We love this place. We have stayed here twice and will stay again. The location is great, a few miles off the interstate, a short drive up the mountain. Easy access to the many wonderful attractions in this area of Colorado has to offer. Host is easy to work with and the house is very clean. Can't wait for our next trip to the mountians!

Perfect Mountain Stay
We loved this visit to Idaho Springs. This was our first time to visit Colorado so we stayed in here as a launch pad for multiple hikes and attractions within driving distance. We especially loved the cozy house. The layout was perfect for our couples getaway. We loved the town, food and trips to Colorado Springs ( garden of the gods), RMNP, and Georgetown Loop. Very much appreciated the slow pace of Idaho Springs. Already planning a trip back. Thank you!!!

What a fun and cozy little house, right off Chicago Creek Road on the way to Mount Evans. It fit 3 adults comfortably, and is clean and well put together. It was a cold weekend that we were there, so we may have to come back when it is warm to have the chance to explore the area a bit more.

Cleanliness, Décor and location was wonderful. The property was situated right off the main road & made it easy to find and centrally located to restaurants, gas stations and major highway 70. The overall vibe of the place was serene with the minimalist design added to the peaceful atmosphere. Great Place to Disconnect and relax.

Property was beautiful!! We enjoyed your home immensely. Down side was when there was no electricity and the first number I called, voice mail was not set up. Second number called was answered, and we were updated on the power outage once we went to town (there is no cell service at the house). Also, property is really close to a very busy road.

Beautiful little mountain cabin!
We loved it! Such a sweet little cabin right outside of downtown Idaho Springs. Close to the highway and easy access. We loved coffee on the front porch listening to the creek and wine in the grotto! We are planning a return visit.
