Staff was absolutely wonderful!!!! Hotel itself had some major issues, electrical outlets with no covers, broken tiles, broken drywall, and the elevator was absolutely scary to use ( shaking, clunking, people not just us were afraid to use), staff did state it's being remodeled soon, but not soon enough for us. We got 6 rooms, every room had issues. Lastly let me say how great the staff was!!!

Definitely needs a renovation. I could see outdoor light coming in the size of a quarter of an inch the entire length on the top of the air conditioner. It’s literally falling into the room. There’s a crack in the bottom half of the door that you can easily see into the hallway and someone can easily see into the room. The bathroom door looks wet once upon a time and warped. It needs an overhaul. Not to mention this horrible stain on one of the mattresses.

I chose Batmont over my usual stay to save a few bucks knowing I would arrive late, leave early, and only needed a bed and a bathroom. The hotel was clean enough, and the staff was fine; but the place itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Time since the last remodel would be expressed in decades, not years. Not recommended.

Hotel was run down. Mold in the bathroom, loose tiles on the floor. Bathtub/ shower was peelining. Curtains were dusty and had dried substances on them. Pool was closed. Staff at the front desk spoke less than 5 words to us on check in and check out.

My stay was good, for the most part was clean but did find hair in the bathtub and a few holds in the wall. Also, the bathroom door would not even latch, so good thing is, it was just me. Definitely got my room cheaper with hotels.com.

Worst stay Ever
I will never stay at the hotel ever in life. I did not take a shower because I was not sure if it was safe because they had put stucco in the tub where there was holes. I dud not feel physically safe because while I was sleeping at 5 am somebody told the front desk and saud we where running around amd then the person went to the front desk to ask for my room number. That guest came tocmy room and said she had not slept all night. Not sure who kept her up, but she came my room and we had words. I like to feel safe where ever i stay and I did NOT!! I could not wait to check out. If I thought I could get money back I would.

I didn't like the fact that i requested a first floor room and was put on the third floor. I didn't like the knocking on my door multiple early mornings around 2 and 3 am, when i called the front desk the person the person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me.

Best hotel so far on Indy east dude
This was lithely the most cool laid back so comfy and quiet hotel I’ve been at on the east side !!! the people who work there at the front desk is so genuine & nice !! The housekeepers also does a good job with the cleanliness . And also the lady in the kitchen !!20/10 for me recommend anybody ! And the prices ? Not bad at all for everything that comes with the room .

The elevator was malfunctioning. The pool was highly chlorinated. The room was clean. The cot that we needed was in terrible shape. It had old stains, tears, and bulging springs. They were short on towels so we were short on towels. The luggage rack needed to be replaced. It was wobbly and falling apart. We will not stay there again at this time.

Was in town over night for Youth Football game,this hotel was close to park I was going to. When we check-in the lady at front desk was rude to my husband(handicap me n car) we can show my ID its ok,not here (no no). Long stroy short front desk n morning was awesome Jaqu he save the day for me and other mom Thanks for him I will say he changed my grandson mind about Hotel so that was a plus. Yes we won the football tournment back to Ohio.

It’s was convenient to the area I was visiting. The place needed some love and a deep cleaning. If you weren’t on the top floor you could boldly hear the neighbor above you walking. In the breakfast area you could hear the people in their rooms walking around.

Upon arrival we were told that maintenance would be by to check the windows. No!! You check things when the room isn't paid for and occupied. We left for dinner and could tell they came in anyway. 😡 The lights in the room were missing bulbs so it was pretty dark inside. The bathroom didn't have a vanity so we didn't have anyplace to put our things. The elevator was very slow, smelled like burning grease and made a lot of thumps and scary noises.
