All in all a good stay. Only negative is lack of electrical outlets for my laptop and chargers. Very good breakfast was served.

We were there for the Wrestling competition at the Nicoson Hall and it is very close to the University so easy access! Front desk was nice and competent! Safe area! Housekeeping was prompt! Breakfast was good and varied! Room was clean and beds comfy! Overall, good experience!

The room appeared clean but the room and bed sheets smelled like clothes that were left in the washer for too long. The rooms are also not very sound proof and you can hear everything that is going on in the lobby and hallways

I have been here a few times and they are ok. Close to highway malls and southside food. Not far from downtown. Its cleaner than most as we all know they mostly look the same. Its in a good safe spot and its decent. Ill be back.

40 dollar charger went missing when they "cleaned the room cause they thought it was empty" when we booked it for 2 nights and was never told someone will clean it the second day when we were gone. Then did not help us solve the problem cause its not "their problem"

The guy at evening check in was excellent. The woman at checkout literally just watched tv as we walked out. Entire hotel could use a renovation. The pool was best part of stay. Wear socks. Carpets are dirty.

Very kind and friendly, helpful staff. But Indianapolis as a city is not very nice and the hotel is fairly old and not in the best of shape. Nice people though.

Could be better, could be worse.
The room had a few problems that needed to be fixed (mold on bathroom ceiling, gap in wall by outlet next to tv and a few other cosmetic things.) The sheets didn’t smell clean, but didn’t appear dirty. The people at the front desk were very nice and breakfast was good. Would stay again.

It was an easy place to get to just right off the highway. The place is a bit outdated and could use a good fixer upper. Continental breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Overall the stay was okay, until we were getting ready to check out. One of the staff members Denise was very rude. I asked where the ice machine was and she replied with “it’s around the corner can’t you hear it?” and proceeded to smirk afterwards. For someone who gets paid to work with guests sure was rude and should reconsider her position or choice of work. I understand people have off days, but that was very uncalled for. Would not stay here again, I guess you get what you pay for.

The stay was ok. Building is old and can use some remodeling. But it was nice having a place to relax outside. I'm a smoker usually have to stand . Staff was very helpful and friendly. We was running late called ahead and there was no problems I would stay there again

I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn
I had never stayed at a Comfort Inn before, usually preferring a Hilton or Marriott, so was pleasantly surprised with the room and amenities. Our evening manager, Pat, was a delight and so helpful.

They shut down breakfast early on a Sunday morning so my children and I didn’t get to eat. There was no apology from the staff only that breakfast stopped at 10:00 AM when I pulled out my phone and it was not 10 yet I just got a blank stare. I had to go out and get breakfast for my family which delayed my day quite a bit and cost me money for a service I intended to get with my stay. Then when I asked for a late checkout I was told they were completely booked for that night which is very hard to believe considering it was a Sunday night and the hotel was very slow the prior night. As I am making trips carrying my stuff down to my car my room key stops working before I even checked out (before check out time). The cleaning staff was at my door before I even got out of my room so clearly they wanted us out of there asap. This was Mother’s Day and I was traveling alone with my two children.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. I left a day earlier than planned due to issues at home, and the guy was easy to work with. It is easy to hear other people in other rooms, but that didn't necessarily bother me. It was just my son and I and honestly I would stay here again.
