Often bad reviews are skewed due to the emotions at the time BUT this are nice compared to the actual experience- if I would have given a Zero if that was an option. The location is in disrepair, on all levels, from the entrance, the hallways, the vending machines, in the room only one outlet and one lamp worked in the room: it also needed a deep cleaning, I knocked my water bottle over and when blotted up the water fro The carpet with a towel it turn black.

First....I reserved 2 queen beds and got full size, I also reserved a rollaway but did not get. If you called the front desk they acted put out. There was homeless people hanging out. One of them causing authorities to be present. Not impressed at all with this property.

The people that work there are rude well I only met a couple of them so I shouldn’t say all the people that work there but the ones I met were rude used bad language in front of kids it didn’t make no sense

This hotel need to be upgraded. It’s old the beds are old. They didn’t have extra bath towels or blankets ect

Shower was not the cleanest. It looked old and needed upgraded. The breakfast was poor. There was hardly any food out. We had to ask for it to be refilled. There wasn’t much variety. No fruit or eggs. Pancakes tasted funny.

You definitely get what you pay for. Check in was supposed to be anytime after 3, we arrived around 3:30 and our room wasn't ready yet the man at the desk said to wait 10 mins and it should be ready. So I went to my car for those 10mins came back in and he said another 5 mins. Finally after another 10 mins pass the room was ready. The room itself smelled very clean (the floors were still wet since housekeeping just left from mopping) The pool was working so that was a plus. The breakfast was very limited. But all around wasn't a bad stay.

It was inexpensive so I wasn't expecting too much . The towels were rough, but the bed and bath were clean. Breakfast was very limited,but I chose it for a clean room and bathroom, and it was adequate.

I’m not someone to leave a review period but this place was gross. Stains on all the sheets and pillow cases, sheets so worn you could see thru them, plaster walls crumbling, shower scuffed and stained, dirty floor and the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept in. Also bullet proof glass at the front desk….

The shower hadn't been clean, whoever stayed there before me had apparently dyed their hair, there were dark drops of hair coloring in the shower stall, and a very long strand of hair with a snarl of hair at the end that looked like a large spider. I managed a motel years ago, this room was not clean, the bed had been made, and that's about all.

The aesthetic was awful. Horrible paint job, mirrors hung crookedly. Grit found in the showers. Dirty breakfast area. Rude staff.

Most horrifying place to stay for 2 nights. The 1st night we suffered, we were attement about getting a better room, it was night & day, we would not even take a free stay!!!! It was terrible!

The entire room was old and out dated. The sheets were stained and had holes in them. The pillows were old and worn out. The bath towels had holes and were dingy. The room doesn’t look like it cleaned very well at all. Would not recommend.

The bathtub is really dirty and the pillows are very bad quality, the clock in the room was dirty. All the room really not just needs cleaning but sanitize it. Not happy at all, I need my refund.

The staff was excellent. The room needs repairs in the bathroom. Not thoroughly clean. The walls were thin so noise from the hallway was loud. I would not stay here again. The location of this hotel is great. They should repair and maintain the rooms.

I wouldn’t do again
Walls were not well sound proofed and guests were less than quiet. Hotel had a funny odor. Couch and bathmat had stains! towels were clean but thin. It was the NBA Allstar weekend in Indy and choice were limited as all hotels had raised prices accordingly

The room was disgusting!! Stains all over the comforter and couch, trash along the baseboards, hair on towels, some type of liquid running down the door, straws on the floor, spill mark on the walls and electrical outlets. Not to mention homeless people at the entrance to the building trying to get into the building.
