The parking is insanely expensive. Also, the front desk clerk never linked my room card to the gate in the garage, so I had to have people behind me back out, then back out, turn around, then drive back to the front of the hotel and have that corrected. For the price of parking that should NOT have happened. I also could not understand what the front desk clerk was saying. He was trying to explain if I wanted to purchase something additionally. After I asked him to repeat himself twice, I just said no thank you. The food at Conner's Kitchen and Bar was excellent and the staff was super nice.

Valet parking was excellent. Check-in quick. Lobby atmosphere welcoming with flavored waters/cookies. Multiple elevators a plus after a concert downtown. Beds were excellent. Only minus-The shower door was not level and kept sliding “downhill “!!

What made this property exceptional was the staff! My room was perfectly fine, but, somehow, I went to the JW Marriott instead, valet parked my car, and went into the hotel to check in. The manager on duty walked me through the sky bridge to the hotel where, in fact, I had made my reservation. I go back to Indiana fairly often to see my aging mother. From this point forward, I will be staying at the downtown Indianapolis Marriott!

Our stay was wonderful! Raul helped us check in and was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and the burrata toast at Conner’s, to die for!

It was really nice and clean. Many dining options in the area. Even inside the hotel, two bars and a nice restaurant. Hotel is clean and staff were nice.
