I booked this property to check out the 26th. Instead my booking was shifted to check in the 26th and check out the 27th. I asked it be shifted to the correct date, which can be done (I’ve worked as a night auditor before). Rather, the staff tried to book another booking. I said I didn’t want that. I then tried to cancel my booking and the staff told Expedia the booking couldn’t be shifted due to no availability, which was obviously not true since they tried to book another room for me. So rather than trying to help, I had to sleep in my car in an unfamiliar city but was too scared. This could have easily been fixed, but instead they tried to get reservations from me, leaving me with no money for another room in a city I don’t know.
