The front desk was super nice, but we had issues with our key card. First time it would not open the door second time it opened the door, but the room was already being used. Third time she walked us to our new room and it was fine. I woke up in the middle of the night and went to the bathroom and when I turned on the light cockroaches and bugs just Ran across the floor thankfully we were only there for about five hours. Just shower and sleep. would not stay here again.

This is an extended stay property. So it has a large refrigerator and hot plates built into the counter but it does not have breakfast. Good location to things but the immediate surrounding area is run down.

I liked how quiet and clean it was. I would have liked an ice machine. You have to make your own ice and that would take longer than our stay.

The room lighting was weird. Lack of low intensity lights (lamp, nitelight, etc. Door to room nearly impossible to secure when leaving (Had to slam really really hard to secure). TV remote quit working and replacement was broken also.

The place was super clean both inside my room and outside of it. I even saw a less-than-respectful group really leave a mess and it was gone the next time I came through 15 min later. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great value for the price. A couple minor issues: No flat toilet seat cover. Weird. No black out curtains. It was never dark in my room. With all the lights around the property (by itself a very good thing), I doubt any room is ever dark if all the rooms just had slat blinds like mine did. For some reason the fire alarm has a flashing light that goes off every 15 seconds or so. Extremely annoying and unnecessary. I had to cover it or it would've kept me awake.

Traveled with family and it was a good stay. Room was clean, the guests were very respectful, just regular noise for people coming and going. Staff is very friendly in both shifts. Gas station and dollar tree on almost same parking lot. Very convenient.

Our room had visible bed bugs on and in the beds. Bedding and mattresses were stained and overall room condition was terribly dirty. We live 4 hours away and choose to leave and drive home at 1am because it was so terrible.

Great for price, but not 5-star for 2-star price
My room was not fully ready when I arrived, but I was pleased to find that the hotel was using a fresh set of linen for the bed that had not yet been made. When I notified the front desk the staff sprung into action and it was not long before I had a clean, sanitized room. The amenities are sparse (no ice machine, no shampoo/conditoner, no in-room iron and ironing board) but the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is a hotel just off the highway, so guests should not expect absolute silence. Also, at this price point, guest should not expect to be pampered in any way. The staff and their customer service, however, were exemplary.

The front desk is not always open (!?), so when we got there we had to try to reach someone by phone. There was absolutely no breakfast, not even coffee. The room was whatever. It was clean, but not nice.

First room I was given the door was open and the room had not been cleaned at all. I went to the front desk to get another room. The second room had several dead roaches in the tub, toilet, on the floor, and one on the wall, don’t know if it was alive or dead. The floor had been swept because the dirt pile was still in front of the fridge. I left immediately and got a refund within 3 days. The front desk person was great and apparently the manager, I didn’t not meet, handled the situation the next morning. That hotel was disgusting.

Was given room 318 at check in and was greeted by an infestation of cockroaches. They were EVERYWHERE! The worst part is that they knew about it because there was a sticky trap hanging halfway out behind the fridge with every square inch of it covered in dead roaches. Was told the room would be refunded but still waiting on that over a week later.

The staff is nice. The room smell like cigarettes. It smells like smoking room when the hotel said all rooms are non-smoking. No hair dryer in the room, you have to borrow from the office, No iron or ironing board in the room, no clothes hangers. No staff available after 10 p.m I will not stay in this hotel again.
