Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Access to the huge network of cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity.

Gute Lage sehr schlechter Service
lt. Internet Anreise ab 15:00 möglich. Objekt war am Ankunftstag um 18:00 immer noch nicht gereinigt und bezugsfertig. Fernseher ging nicht. Bis Montag keine Anmeldung beim Fremdenverkehrsamt durch Vermieter erfolgt trotz mehrfache Übermittlung der Kontaktdaten an Vermieter. Später dann auch nur Voranmeldung für meine Frau. Dadurch mehrfache Anfahrten zum Fremdenverkehrsamt. Es gab dadurch keine Gästekarten und keine Rabatte bzw. kostenfreie Busfahrten.
