The property was emaculate. The rooms were well appointed and had both a fridge w/freezer, which is great for a diabetoc, and a microwave. Highly reccommend.

Was not informed at check in times for check out or breakfast. When we did find a sign for breakfast and got up for it, pancake machine wasn’t even on and nothing was available but 3 boiled eggs and cereal.

Basic, very clean.
Very basic, but very clean although the carpet had some obvious stains. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Bathroom very clean with excellent water pressure in the shower. Decor is older and quite dated, but certainly fine for our one night stay. Pet-friendly, $20 fee, with easy first floor access. Would stay here again.

Breakfast is just crappy pancakes some granola bars, yogurt and two cereals. Literally 0 effort into it. Property is old and the rooms smell. Decently clean sheets and room but would have stayed somewhere else if there was options

Advertised free breakfast. But Cereal,pancakes or granola bar was all that was offered. This is not breakfast. Curtains in the room had small holes in it.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would like. There was hair on the toilet bowl rim and in the bathtub. Also, the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. It was kind of gross.

No elevator for second floor. I was treated as a lier when I said only 1 person checking in and was finally told that others lie”therefore it is presumed all lie”. When I asked for room on first floor, was told none open, when I made comment I would next time stay elsewhere, and his parking lot was empty, he was able to come up with a room on first floor. I said thanks . And had some errands to do, he followed me out to the parking lot and said he give me the handy cap room, I said that I didn’t need but he did anyway, unfortunately this room was next to the “room” “s” he and family use, I could hear them talking. I don’t recommend this hotel. I won’t do again and be treated as a dishonest person

Upon check in the person at the desk who I assume is the owner was very angry and defensive. I could hardly understand him with the mask and he seemed like he was aggravated burdened with the check in process. I should have looked at reviews, I am not alone. Overall, it is so old it looks dirty there's no way you can steam clean carpets from the seventies that effectively. And the comforter the same. It reminds you of the reviews people did where bedding wasn't washed.The AC cover kept falling off while we were trying to sleep. I could hear people moaning next door. It was just a quick trip to visit family, would find some place else and spend the extra money next time. After reading reviews it appears as though he likes to charge people's cards for problems that were pthere before. I need to check mine still.

Not many options in Chanute...
The hotel is old inside. The carpet was old and dirty. The beds were old and the mattresses uncomfortable. The blankets were thin and wool. They seemed like army blankets. But they were warm.

Property was clean. The management had my information combined with my sons information, his credit card and reservation mixed in with mine and said it was an error by Expedia. My sons reservation was not through Expedia. Manager opened my door and walked into our room for no reason prior to our checkout. Breakfast was joke.

Upon arriving in my room on a hot June day the A/C was set to a low temperature so the room was already cool upon my arrival. Room was spotless clean. Television was not working correctly when I checked in and I brought it to the attention of the front desk. They promptly came to my room and made some adjustments getting it to work properly. Overall, I was very pleased with price and cleanliness of the room for my one night stay.

our stay was ok. Had trouble with our almost 2 year old so we had to cut our trip short. Had nothing to do with the hotel.
