What a Great Location
First the 22 Lagoon Villa is gorgeous. Everything you need is there. The owners answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Which you're going to need that sun is hot. The beach is a quick walk down the road and the pool is one building away. We had a super time cant wait to go back.

Very cozy and clean home away from home
Nicely decorated, excellent appliances and all 3 TVs were high quality smart TVs. Very comfy beds and spacious living room. Beautiful views from the back porches. Short walk to the beach and the wild dunes community is very well cared for and safe. Great value for the price.

Lovely home
This villa was perfect! I traveled with my mom and two teen daughters. The villa was the perfect size and we had plenty of room for all of us and then some. The lagoon and was fun to look at and see fish and turtles. The beach is just a short walk and really easy to manage with the paved sidewalks and deck ramp to the beach. Alec was the manager we communicated with and he was very helpful with all of our needs! We will be back agin!

Conference in Charleston with office staff. Great location convenient to downtown, but at the beach. Private, quiet, roomy. Easy to get to, close to activities, beach and downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect! The unit is very clean, updated nicely, and very comfortable! Convenient to Charleston as well as Mount Pleasant where we attended wedding. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks and wildlife in the water below. I’d like to come back when the weather is warmer and enjoy the beach!

10 Minute Walk to the beach! Quiet and safe neighborhood!
My daughter and I rented this condo for four nights to have a girls' getaway. It was in a good location but the 6 minute walk to the beach was actually about 12 for this 60 year old lady! You cross the parking lot, then two lane road, then down another road about a block and half (no cars), onto dirt/gravel for a little bit then on to the boardwalk to the beach. The beach has no restrooms so consider that before leaving the condo (especially with kiddos). The condo has a small beach wagon and a few low to the sand beach chairs you are able to use. I chose to use Chunky's Chairs service. They charge $25 a day for two chairs with footrests and one umbrella as opposed to the Isle of Palms chair company who charges $45. Very sweet folks who had it all set up by 9 a.m. and they removed it nightly at 6 p.m. Your name will be on a reserved card hanging on the back of one of the chairs. Our favorite thing to do was take the chair (minus the footrest) and sit very close to the ocean to get our feet wet! There are no restaurants very close to the condo - we always drove over to Mt. Pleasant to eat (tons of choices - don't miss Mozzo's deli for lunch) which was about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The condo was well furnished with one king size bed which was very comfortable. Sheets were great. (No extra blankets so if you like extra bring from home). Two queen size beds in the guest room. Two bathrooms. A bit small where the toilet and tub were but still doable. The walk in shower in the master bath was very nice. Water pressure good. Takes just a minute to get hot. Plenty of towels for the two of us but you will need to bring detergent to wash them if you are there for more than a few days or if there's more than two of you. No keys to fool with - smart lock on the front door. There are three flights of stairs to reach the front door. Good to be on the top floor for no noise but could be difficult for older folks or someone with limited mobility. Pool area looked nice but we never utilized it. Two decks with two chairs each off both bedrooms. Nice for star gazing. Quiet neighborhood if you like to walk/jog. Most folks rent golf carts to zip around in. I had no info on that and didn't pursue that. Domino's delivers for a $3.99 fee in case you get the late night munchies. Kitchen was fully equipped but we didn't cook. Coffee pot and Keurig were both there. Nice washer/dryer. I give it 5 stars!

A Great Long Weekend!
We came down for a family wedding so had many outside activities to attend but it was always a pleasure to come back to this beautiful and clean condo to relax for a bit in between everything. The space worked so well for us and our 3 kids. We all loved the beach and pool and soaked in every second of our time there. Alec was wonderful and so helpful. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Hope to be back someday!

Perfect beach getaway!
My family and I enjoyed our long weekend beach getaway to 22 Lagoon Villa. The condo was perfect for our needs and located within the beautiful wild dunes resort. We were able to walk to the beach most days or use the pool nearby! We appreciated the quick responses from the owners whenever we had an issue or question. Communication was excellent! We are looking forward to returning in the future!

Lagoon getaway
I rented this property literally the day before and Alec was super quick with all necessary check-in information. Beautiful unit, very clean. The pool was very close. Plenty of towels and necessities. This is a second floor villa so it is only accesible by a flight and a half of stairs and the walk to the beach was a tad longer than expected but still well worth it. Hope to return next year!

Great place for a long weekend
This was my first trip to Charleston. Isle of Palms was a great place to call home for a few nights. Great access to some nice restaurants, 2 golf courses on the property (this unit overlooks a green), and a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The unit was clean and had everything you'd need. I'd would highly recommend and I'll likely be rebooting this place in the future.

Great spot
This was the perfect place to stay for three people. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of space. The Wild Dunes resort is a very safe and nice location. We played tennis, rented bikes for an hour through the resort. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach which was great. Staying on the Isle of Palm was also a great location, plenty of restaurants, Shops, a grocery store and gas. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need. Would definitely recommend this place!

The unit is well stocked and updated. Great location, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The lagoon view was awesome, we even saw an alligator! The only negative I would list is the ac needs attention. It makes a loud bubbling noise after shutting off. It’s located in the master bedroom, so it was difficult sleeping at times.

My husband and our two young boys had a wonderful week at the Lagoon Villas! The pool was so convenient and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Having the beach cart was an awesome perk, and the villa was open with plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors!

Spacious Villa by the Beach
The condo is updated, bright and spacious and fit our family of 6 well. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in every room. The beach was a very quick walk with access essentially across the street. From the back porch, we could see turtles and alligators in the small lagoon behind the villa. We were able to walk to the bike rental shop just around the corner and enjoy a ride in the 3 mile loop around Wild Dunes. Communication with the property manager was great. One downside was not having an exterior shower right outside the property, but there is an outside shower by the pool and there are also side doors which allow for direct bathroom access within the condo. We would definitely rent this place again.

Amazing Weekend @ 22 Lagoon Villas
This property and experience has been even better than expected! First, Nathan- the property manger, has been so clear and avaliable with his communication about this condo. He made everything so easy. The check in/checkout instructions are streamlined and simplified which is what you want on a vacation. Second, the condo itself looks even better in person. It is SO comfortable and SO beautiful. You have everything you need at your fingertips. You want for nothing. It was just SUCH a pleasurable experience. I will be booking this again next February for a wedding weekend. THANK YOU SO GUYS MUCH! AMAZING EXERIENCE!!!

Great bang for your buck
This condo is a good price for being on the wild dunes property. We loved walking to the beach each day which took 5-8 minutes. I would say 2 minutes or less walk to pool. The condo overlooks a lagoon and has a cute area with a swing to watch the turtles at the lagoon. Be sure to rent bikes but not through the resort as you can get a better deal and they will drop it off and pick it up for you. Lots of great bike rides and walks on the grounds to see all the great architecture and greenery and of course the beach. Lots of good times by the beach and pool. Be aware there may be some bugs at the pool but nothing out of the norm in South Carolina. Bring some chairs or rent some. We brought our own. There is a wagon but we didn’t use it. There is a lot of kitchenware to cook with— we actually cooked most our meals at home. Check out Long Island cafe— amazing food even though it’s in a strip mall. Also we went to coconut joes which was okay food but cool to be outdoors on a porch looking over the ocean. There are towels, normal kitchenware, a little bit of detergent and a little bit of dish washer detergent. Also they gave a roll of paper towels and four toilet paper rolls. It was for two of us for five days and we had enough stuff to manage. It was nice to do some laundry in the condo as well. Really cute condo, updated and the ac gets really cold which after long days in the sun you need! There are balconies off each room which we hardly used but seems like it would be nice in cooler months. There are three doors to get in. The front door with a keypad near the kitchen and two others for each bedroom. I can’t express enough how cute and well done this place is. Comfy beds, big couches and high ceilings. Nicely updated and has a great theme. The theme I would say is nautical meets shipwreck. Also loved the TVs in both bedrooms and main room. The main room tv is a smart tv for Netflix etc. which is a nice plus. Lots of hooks to hang things and extra chairs for more people or even just putting luggage on. It’s hard to maintain a beach house but they do such a good job with cleaning and maintaining the condo and the grounds. Would highly recommend and plan on staying again but next time with more people because the two bedroom two bathroom is a good size for more!

Great place to stay!
My family stayed here for 5 days for a family vacation. The property manager was easy to work with and responded quickly to messages. The condo has plenty of space, is furnished very nicely, is super clean, has comfy beds, and is an excellent place to stay! The beach is a short walk away, which was a huge plus for our children! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, dishes, etc. This condo was a perfect fit for our family for the week!

They really exceeded expectations on the renovation. Raised ceilings, wood plank ceilings, many upgrades in wood work throughout the condo. Staying on the lagoon was fun. We saw turtles, alligators (small) and herons. Two A/C units in the condo kept both sides of the condo comfortable. Enjoyed it!
