#211 - Two-Eleven @ The Ocean Inn, Guest Fave!

a block away from the beach access path - 5 min walk to the beach. This comfortable and cheerful STUDIO condo is the perfect place to launch from every day as you enjoy your time here on the island. Spend your days and evenings exploring the area, spend your nights cozied up here in this clean and meticulously maintained space.

The living area features a small dining table, futon-type "full" sized sofa that converts to sleeping surface, and kitchen with all essentials. Making breakfast is a breeze with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and NuWave induction cooktop. The cooktop requires metal-bottomed pans, also provided. Dishes, glassware, coffee cups, silverware and kitchen utensils are all there for guest use. While there is no oven/stove in this condo, the cooktop has been used often to prepare simple meals in the condo.

Bathroom has glass and tile shower enclosure and sink / cabinet.

Bedroom area has a king bed, sitting area (for sitting down while putting on your flip flops) and closet space with iron and board. The bedroom area is open to the rest of the condo - it does not have a door between it and the living area.
There are a couple chairs outside the door to enjoy morning coffee - overlooks a parking lot but you can often hear the roar of the beach from here.

On the Ocean Inn property you will find a pool and two grill areas for use by owners and guests, free parking, and shared laundry facilities just steps away. (You will need quarters - we'll remind you of that before you get here.) Use of our facilities is for overnight registered guests only.
Best of all: The furriest member of the family doesn't have to miss out on all the fun! Dogs only -PLEASE PREAPPROVE PETS OVER 20# - SOME LARGER DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Reservation will be cancelled if not able to host your pet. Pet fees are according to weight and are required for your pooch to stay. Fee is added on as an extra guest fee. There is a vet clinic right down the street plus an emergency clinic and pet stores in Mt Pleasant for all your pup's needs.

The bed was so comfortable
My husband and I went for a weekend get away for our 10 year anniversary. Great spot comfortable bed. We took our Bikes and rode everywhere. It was so much fun. Beth the property manager was so nice. I will stay here again.

Great Place, Even Better Location
This property was honestly perfect. Three of us stayed in the apartment (2 in bed, 1 on pull out couch) and it was super comfortable space-wise. The apartment was clean, practical, and in the best location possible - 5 min walk from every restaurant, the grocery store, and the beach. Beth is super easy to communicate with and it was a simple check-in and check-out. Not a boujee spot but awesome place to stay.

Terrific location, great restaurants within walking distance from Oceanview Inn.
We stayed in a studio apartment perfect for two people. It was clean and efficient. We wanted to wake up in 2023 at the beach. Ate at all the local restaurants. We will go back. I recommend this inn to stay at.

First and foremost, Beth is an outstanding Property Manager! Wonderful person that is just a phone call/text away. Everything imaginable is within two blocks of Ocean Inn - beach, great food, drinks, music, friendly locals, etc. We drove to Fort Moultrie that was a small island hop away. Walked the Marsh Trail off of Rifle Range Road early one morning. The birding was excellent. Take your binocs and book. No hitches. No glitches. Clean homey room with personal touches galore.
