Kind and helpful staff, limited parking on street, but lots for parking are nearby. Close to many popular sites with easy walking. Food/restaurants and market nearby also. Very pleased with our stay and will come again.

For the price I paid, I think It is a quite excellent hotel. Hotel staffs very friendly even though only one staff who really can converse in good english. You have to walk uphill in order to catch public transport. I suggest to take taxi, most of them don't wnat to use meter for short distance. I ended up to pay TL30 to get to haiga sofia. Looking at internet the charge should be around TL13 only. The hotel is very clean. The only thing I was frustrated when we arrive there from the airport at 2:30am the main door closed and nobody opened it, luckily there was a dobby shop still opened across the street, I asked the owner to call the hotel receptionist to open door for us. Anyway I recommend for those who have tight budget but still to stay close to the nearby attraction tourist spots, this is the hotel...plus it provides free breakfast

On va commencer par les choses qui ne m’ont pas plu: le mobilier est vétuste , et la propreté laisse à désirer. J’ai apprécié le fait d’être à l’écart dans un appartement avec mes enfants. L’endroit est assez calme , Pas trop loin du centre, par contre il fallait monter une pente raide pour y arriver. Le prix est raisonnable. J’ai laissé le meilleur pour la fin : GUL est très gentille et à l’écoute.merci

Es wurde eine Woche nicht geputzt . Wir haben unsere Zimmer selber sauber gemacht und den Müll ausgeleert. Frühstück war nie um 8 Uhr fertig und sehr mager . Empfehle ich niemanden

Very posityve
everything very positive. Room clean. The nice staff encouraged to spend breakfast. Breakfast contrary to previous opinion excellent. 3 types of olives vegetables 2 types of cheese 3 types of meats eggs and fried omelette. Fresh and delicious. Large selection of fruit. Even pears. And milk and cereal. All tasty. I know that the host is reading so we did not use the air conditioning but there was a slight humidity in the room. If it was improved, it was great. Thank you for the nice hospitality

Location sicuramente strategica, splendido parco e terrazzo bar, praticamente adiacente. Zona perfetta per dormire sonni tranquilli, salvo i canti periodici dei muezzin. Stanze dotate di aria condizionata, assolutamente INDISPENSABILE in questo periodo, mobili datati e pulizia superficiale, lenzuola ingiallite e letti non propriamente rifatti, cambio e numero degli asciugamani essenziale. Se non amate i gatti evitate, in quanto durante la colazione circolano liberamente tra cucina e terrazzo. Il buffet non è proprio continentale, nel complesso ci si può accontentare ma se avete canoni di pulizia abbastanza rigorosi, scegliete altro.

Ausser eine Russische Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett, andere personal war schlecht, Chef auch, beim Einkunft niemand war da wir mussten ein Stunde warten Wireless schlecht, Fenster sind grosse Gefahr für Kinder, lufter bei Bade Zimmer macht Lärm, Bade Zimmer Türe klemmt. leider kein Familien Hotel!!!

We were delighted to have found this hotel after a disasters previous 2 days in a poor hotel and managed to secure this hotel at 2 hours notice. The staff are helpful and friendly creating a good atmosphere and made us most welcome. The room was super and a large family room in top condition. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. And it is just a few minutes walk to Sultanahmet and a host of restaurants

AWFUL! DO NOT BELIEVE PHOTOS
Actually we spent the first night an a very dump dirty room in the basement. I was stung by moskitoes there . The room was full of leakage marks everythere. Horrible! And the room wasn't the one we had booked. It was changed only the next day. The breakfast was simple and monotonious. They denied to provide us transfer from the airport, though I called them the day before.

It was a wonderful stay in Ottoman Elegance Hotel. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I will stay in the same hotel. My reasons are: 1. Excellent location, all important places, blue mosque, Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofia, Basilica Cistern, grand bazaar are in walking distance. 2. Excellent Staff, Mr Mohammad was too good, we reached much earlier than the check in time but he entertained us well. I remember when I found cattle plug was not working properly, he just replaced it with a new cattle, within no time. 3. Mr Ismael is a special asset to the hotel, he guided us very well, he even went all the way to the blue mosque and showed us New Basilica Cistern. He can understand English, Arabic and even Urdu 4. Accommodation was very spacious and comfortable.

L hotel est un peu vétuste mais a la fois ce n était que pour dormir sinon notre chambre donnait sur la mosquée bleue donc agreable. Nous etions proches pour visiter Istanbul c etait le top!!! Le personnel de cet hotel est TRES GENTIL ET SUPER ACCUEILLANT BRAVO

Personal nett, Zustand des Zimmers schlecht
Das Personal hat uns nett begrüßt und das checkin war leicht. Bei meiner Erkältung ist einer vom Personal sogar zum Supermarkt gegangen und hat uns extra Tee gekauft. Leider hat es aber stark an der Zimmerqualität gemangelt. Vieles ist nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand und manches ist sogar defekt gewesen. Da ich sowieso die Pension nur zum schlafen genutzt habe, war mir dies aber egal. Hauptsache der Preis war günstig.

Nice Hotel, Good Location
Close to the Blue mosque however, you do have to go uphill so not so good if your with elderly family member. The hotel it self is ok standard house/hotel the staff there are really nice and helpful, good internet, clean with good breakfast. Not sure if allowed but I helped myself to tea throughout the day and used the kitchen facilities.
